Whether intimate or grand, our estate accommodates 50 to 300 guests for ceremonies and receptions. We treat clients like family, providing hands-on support through every step. Our team manages setup, breakdown, layouts, and logistics, ensuring a stress-free experience so you can enjoy your day. Our 1880s farmhouse, whitewashed walls, lush grounds, and river views create an unforgettable backdrop. With seating, a dance floor, A/V, outdoor lounges, fire pits, and a full-service bar, we handle every detail so you can savor every moment.

Winter Wedding
My husband and I had an overall amazing experience working with The Elm Estate for our wedding in November Our wedding coordinators Emma and Tania and they went above and beyond. They helped with literally everything. Tania was so committed to making our day exactly what we wanted and she was there the day of the wedding. I saw in another review that someone was unable to be at the venue until 2pm the day of their wedding- we were able to be there as early as 12pm. If I had one complaint it is that as well. I think for the price and overall wedding experience that you should have access to the property starting in the morning the day of your wedding. However, they do work with you in what they can offer for the day and it doesn't change the fact that The Elm Estate is so beautiful that you truly hardly have to decorate, the staff truly works with you to get exactly what you're asking for. Oh and the bartenders were just amazing. Our wedding was everything we wanted because of this venue!

Highly recommend for any wedding. Emma Condon and Tania Jacinto were amazing to work with. Great communication and service. Day of was flawless and appreciate the entire team.
Best in Reno
We toured several different venues in the Reno-Tahoe area, and we knew right away that The Elm Estate was the perfect place for our wedding. The team was so helpful and went out of their way to accommodate and communicate with us while we navigated the many changes 2020 threw in our plans. I would absolutely recommend booking a tour and meeting the team!
Best venue in Reno!
The Elm Estate is hands down the best venue in Reno! From a videographers perspective, the light there is very flattering and fun to shoot at. I can’t recommend them enough!
