Located in the historic town of Briarcliff Manor, New York, the estate has been making memories and hosting lavish events for over 50 years. Under the new leadership of the DiNapoli family, the manor – a full service venue – has been renovated and remodeled to merge old-world charm and contemporary elegance. Hosting events of up to 180 guests, it is our mission to provide each and every one of our guests with a timelessly elegant experience. Dedicated to delivering events with delicious cuisine, exceptional service and meticulous attention to detail, it is our desire to make you and your guests feel like a part of our family in this historic manor that boasts charm with seven fireplaces, sweeping staircases, and a grand appearance. Wedding
The venue itself is breathtaking and beautiful. We had a great time . Worth every penny! The staff was attentive and supportive. Stephanie in particular who was by my side the whole day and was very sweet. The day flew by I felt a little rushed by my vendors a little bit. One thing that kind of bothered me was that the florist came out during my ceremony video in the background and she was adjusting the lanterns, looking at the flowers, while everyone was sitting she was walking around in the video . Not a huge thing but didn’t realize until my wedding video came in.
Beautiful venue, back office needs A LOT of work
Seems like this is a theme! Obviously the venue is beautiful and the food was great. As a whole the day of experience was very good! The issue is they are very picky about how you do your wedding (bar won't do shots, music volume can't be too high, lots of rules for vendors, etc.) and a lot of this is poorly communicated or just inconsistent, both from management and the staff. Two examples: At our month out call, our DJ asked the owner if he was allowed to use subs as well as high speakers and the answer was subs are ok but have to be kept at a low volume. At our 2.5 week out walkthrough we directly reiterated with staff and mgmt that subs were ok. A week out from our event this was updated to no subs, with no clarity on why this was changed so late in the game. Then the big one: We hired a small professional band we know from NYC for our wedding. As they don't do a lot of weddings they didn't have a COI (as is standard in the industry). They noted this fact on their vendor info sheet submitted over a month before our event. At our final walkthrough we talked about the band with staff and management and were told everything was good. A week before our event we were told that they would need a COI (despite Briarcliff knowing they didn't have one for 3 weeks across multiple meetings). After more back and forth we were told our planner could add them to her COI. THEN two days (!!!) from our wedding we were told the band would need their own COI because they were bringing two small amps (for a bass and a guitar). Thankfully our planner Farrah saved the day, was able to set them up with a COI, and everything worked out. If we didn't have her I have no doubt we would have lost our band two days from our wedding, and them being there us doing the dance we practiced for them was one of the parts my wife was most excited for so this would have been devastating for us. A premium venue like Briarcliff is letting themselves down by not staying on top of these sorts of very important details, it's just plain sloppy and unprofessional.

Briarcliff manor was incredible for our wedding! They are professional, kind and dedicated staff that have a beautiful space that makes you feel truly so special on your wedding day. My husband and I cannot recommend them enough, we are eternally grateful for their hard work and kindness throughout our wedding planning and day. If you are looking for an elegant, day to remember for your wedding Briarcliff is the way to go!

The Briarcliff Manor was the perfect venue for our wedding day! The staff was incredibly attentive and communicative throughout the planning process, ensuring every detail was discussed and all our questions were answered clearly and thoroughly. On our actuall wedding day, everything flowed seamlessly thanks to their understanding of our vision and their meticulous execution. The grounds were pristine and spacious, providing a lovely backdrop for our ceremony and photos. The ballroom was decorated beautifully and the food was absolutely delicious. I'd highly recommend Briarcliff Manor to any couple looking to have a memorable and special big day! They’ll take care of every little detail so you’re able to just enjoy your day. Also special thanks to Perry, Vincenza and Emily for really seeing our vision through! My bridal attendant was also amazing and I feel terrible that I can’t remember her name, but thank you so much to her as well!
