Along with the barn, this venue offers outdoor locations as well. The barn alone can be rented with tables/chairs for 150 people, or you can rent the barn and have our help planning/organizing/decorating your event.

The Barn

Rustic, warm, inviting atmosphere

The Barn has the capacity to hold up to 170 people for a variety of venues. The Barn has over 2,500 sq. feet of floor space with an inviting atmosphere created by rustic tin, warm lighting and cedar. The barn is equipped with two bathroom facilities, AC/Heat, small kitchenette area with sink, large countertop with microwave, and refrigerator/freezer.

Description

Includes limited permanent décor, tables and chairs for 170. Separate preparation areas for bride and groom, including bathroom for each. Six hour rental for event. Set up may begin 8am, day prior to event to prepare/decorate. Bridal party can arrive 4 hours prior to event. Also includes rehearsal-day prior to event, 400 sq ft balcony, 2 restrooms, kitchenette. Includes availability for photos (engagements, bridals).

Off-peak pricing $4,000-5,000

Description

Includes everything from silver package along with: set up of tables/chairs, table décor including floral arrangements (flower cost additional), and entry décor while incorporating your color palette, likes and personal items. We have a large variety of décor at our disposal. **Bridal bouquets and wedding party bouquets/boutineers are not included**
