About this venue
Alabaster Land is a tax-deductible faith-based Nonprofit that is a lakefront gated hidden gem for ceremonies & other gatherings among nature right by the Route 60. Our layout features a green house, equipped with chairs, tables, sound system, and more, Featuring space for up to 80 people comfortably. Our basement fits up to 25 people equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee and tea makers, piano, leather couch, table, full bathroom and more! Alabaster also features a beautiful outdoor platform under a 300-year oak tree with hanging chandeliers and LED lighting. Along with 2 beautiful gardens for pictures, first prayer or first look! Lakefront main fire pit, white canoe are included in your pledge. An outdoor shower is also available for the local community to enjoy. Tiny Houses that are perfect for small groups, and unique tree swings!

If you're looking for a kind, and easy to work with venue, this one's for you. Not only is it unique in NATURE :) Literally...it's beautifully set in a private and naturally beautiful location...but the team there is kind and easy to work with. They were able to customize my client's needs and dreams and tailor their venue to what THEY wanted...it was amazing! Thank you Annie and team!
Truely a Hidden Gem
The Alabaster Land is truly a hidden gem. The poeple were easy to collaborate, just simply good people. The attention to detail was top knotch. I just adore the decor from the inside to the outside! Bonus ! Antique Car and Antique Bicycles for those spontaneous candid photography shoots! You will fall in love with the Eclectic Decor, I really can't stress this enough. A little hidden dream with all the details!
Hidden Gem to Celebrate
Our lakefront ceremony & reception was perfect from beginning to end. Every detail from the main home to the dance floor to the basement and tiny house were flawless! Lots of space with aesthetic & comfy furniture were included too, like bamboo foldable chairs, tables and cocktail furniture. Loved every minute of it and would highly recommend!
Beautiful Venue!
The property is absolutely stunning and peaceful, the view of the water is amazing too! They are amazing to work with, would totally recommend to anyone!
