Abigail, Molly, Megan and the whole sugarbush team did an amazing job in our end of August wedding. Molly worked closely with us for 8 months, very professional, responsive and helpful in assisting us finding vendors and coordinating with vendors. She not only made detailed arrangements and timetables for wedding parties, also proactively reached out to photographer, DJ, florists and bakery to made sure everything is in place. We enjoyed our wedding day simply following Molly and Megan’s lead. Their team made everything smooth, especially when we encountered guest change and extra guest issue. Molly solved it super quickly. We also chose to reserved most of the rooms in the claybrook hotel so it is very convenient for welcome party and the wedding. We could not go up the mountain due to raining and windy but we had wedding on the grass. The photos came out so nice. Our guests gave us so many compliments. We highly recommend Sugarbush resort and very thankful for Molly and the whole team.

My daughter had her wedding at Sugarbush August 10th. I would give Sugarbush a million stars if I could! EVERYTHING exceeded our expectations from the venue to the food to the hotel and especially to the Staff. Beth Crawford was the planner assigned to my daughter’s wedding. Her kind, positive, calm and organized approach was more than we could have hoped for. She worked with my daughter to create her dream wedding and was always available for any questions that arose during the planning process. Molly Quinn Pasic was also there for all the weekend festivities, always with a smile on her face willing to help. What a team they made! They dealt with the vendors and made sure everything was perfect, running smoothly and on time. Hailegh, the food and beverage manager worked behind the scenes to provide an exceptional meal with a wonderful staff (Maggie is the only waitstaff I recall and she like the others was great!). The bartenders were phenomenal (Jimmy is the only name I remember and he was awesome) There was never a wait at the bar and food was served promptly. Valerie at the front desk at Claybrook was amazing! By the end of the weekend I felt like she was part of the wedding. Jen at the Lodge at Lincoln Park was so helpful and kind. The chair lift operators were incredible, loading everyone in an efficient manner, stopping the lift and helping those with walkers and wheelchairs on and off. I can’t emphasize how absolutely incredible the whole staff was with special kudos to Beth and Molly for always going above and beyond! I think that the people at Sugarbush are what make weddings there so special but the venue plays a close second. It is absolutely beautiful! A huge perk is that everything is on grounds so that when you arrive, you park and you don’t need to touch your car until you leave on Sunday. The Rehearsal Dinner, Welcome Party, and Wedding After Party were held at Castlerock Pub. The cocktail hour was on the Courtyard followed by the reception at Claybrook. The morning after Brunch was at Rumbles. We were fortunate that the ceremony could be held at the Gatehouse Mountain Top. The wedding day was a sunny day sandwiched between 2 days of monsoon like weather. But even if the ceremony had to be held inside, there was a contingency plan and it would have been beautiful. So many people told us that it was the best wedding that they had ever been to. One guest had been to several ski resort weddings and said “hands down, Sugarbush was the best!” I 100% agree and would wholeheartedly recommend Sugarbush to anyone who is looking for a perfect wedding weekend!

  • Highly recommend!

We had our wedding at Sugarbush in August '23 and could not recommend it more! Amanda brought such structure and calmness to the entire process from the moment we started working with her. We had a big wedding (200 guests) and some tricky weather to contend to - but the Sugarbush team made everything fun & easy so we could really enjoy our day. Genuinely nice people who really care about delivering an unforgettable experience.

As a Justice of the Peace, I've had the privilege of officiating countless weddings in my career. But there's something truly special about Sugarbush Resort that keeps me looking forward to officiating my next wedding there. From the moment you step onto the property, you are enveloped by the breathtaking beauty of the Vermont landscape. Whether it's the emerald-green slopes in summer or the snow-dusted peaks in winter, Sugarbush provides a picture-perfect backdrop for any wedding celebration. But the scenery is just the beginning. What truly sets Sugarbush apart is its exceptional staff. I've worked with many wedding coordinators here over the years, and each one has been absolutely wonderful. They're professional, organized, and incredibly responsive, always going the extra mile to ensure every detail is flawless. They even manage to keep things fun and relaxed, which is so important on a wedding day! Sugarbush offers a stunning array of ceremony locations to suit any couple's vision. Do you dream of exchanging vows with breathtaking mountain vistas as your witness? The summit provides an unforgettable scene, accessible by chairlift for both you and your guests. Or do you prefer a more intimate charming setting near the lodge looking up at the mountain top. No matter your style, Sugarbush has the perfect spot to make your wedding ceremony truly magical. But Sugarbush isn't just about stunning scenery and dedicated staff. They also cater to weddings of all sizes, from intimate elopements for two to grand celebrations with hundreds of guests. If you're considering a wedding in Vermont, don't hesitate to put Sugarbush Resort at the top of your list. You won't be disappointed!
