The Royal Garden Terrace Complex with a reception capacity of up to 220 guests features the charm & ambience of a traditional New Orleans Style Courtyard. Beautiful, gas lamp lights and a fountain in the space. Includes two break out rooms and a large enclosed terrace patio that can open to a private courtyard. The courtyard area can seat up to 220 people for a wedding ceremony and be transformed to for additional space for the wedding reception and party.

Have your wedding here, seriously!
We tied the knot at the Omni Royal Orleans on July 29th, 2023. Let me tell you: there wasn't a detail left out from start to finish. Maggie and the crew were absolutely fantastic! From planning the event space to letting us set up a day early, making sure our brunches were ready, and the OUTSTANDING food and service? Listen, the hardest part of planning this event was making sure we were there on time, and that says a lot. Seriously, book your wedding here and let the Omni Royal Orleans crew take the best care of you!

We hosted our daughters wedding reception at the Omni Royal Orleans in January 2022 Everything was fantastic!! The personnel were so easy to work with and welcoming, the facility was beautiful, and the food and drink were plentiful!! Highly recommend!!!
From a Pandemic to a Fairytale Wedding
I first stayed at the Omni Royal Orleans Hotel for my sister's wedding when I was five years old. Immediately, I knew the Omni was going to be a part of my future wedding. When my fiancé, Henry, and I got engaged at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, I immediately emailed the Omni for pricing and to book a tour. Within two or three weeks, the Grand Salon Ballroom was ours. Due to the pandemic, Henry and I were shuffled to various individuals in the catering department, but we were finally graced with Joni Clark, who literally made our dream wedding become a reality. I cannot say enough about how perfect my wedding weekend was. My guests and I were treated with excellent hospitality and professionalism! The food and alcohol was to DIE for!!! Joni, Michael, Dan, and my personal assistant, JJ, were BEYOND amazing throughout the day and night of my wedding!! Because Joni and I had formed such a close bond, it was so heartwarming to hug her goodbye before heading to the church. And, it was so lovely to see Michael and Joni waiting for us with glasses of champagne upon our arrival back. If I could relive my wedding weekend over and over again, I would. It was truly a fairytale wedding.

I have been photographing weddings in New Orleans and all over the world for the last decade, and I can say that the Omni Royal Orleans is a beautiful place for a wedding or event, with a top-notch staff. From the rooftop view to the intimate courtyard, to the elegant ballroom, you can easily find the space that suits your needs.
