Robber's Cave

If the Client cancels for any reason, Robber's Cave cancelation policy is the following: All deposits to hold dates are considered non-refundable Within 90 days of an event, the Client is responsible for 100 Precent of the contracted fees and all charges. All payments received are non-refundable within 90 days of the event.

-Alcohol service is subject the laws of the state of Nebraska and the city of Lincoln. All Alcoholic beverage service is provided and contracted through Yes Chef Catering Co. Alcohol will be dispersed by designated staff of Owner or Caterer pursuant to the applicable liquor license. Any violation of the State of Nebraska or City of Lincoln liquor laws will result in closing of the event.

Parking is available onsite, as well as additional street parking around the facility. Robber’s Cave, LLC and Thrive Corporate Events, LLC assumes no responsibility for any usage of parking on our property at any time. All motor vehicles assume all risk and can not hold Robber’s Cave, LLC and Thrive Corporate Events, LLC liable for any damages at any time. Parking in front of or on any property of the businesses surrounding Robber's Cave is not permitted and guest are responsible for all towing cost and damages.
