Topside is ideal for guests looking for an alternative and lively atmosphere with great food, craft cocktails, and a breathtaking view. Topside is located on our 15th floor. We can host up to 120 reception style the space.

These spaces invite you to make them your own!

We also have our Bailiwick and Kindred rooms located on our 3rd floor. Each of our ballrooms are highlighted by natural light and views of Mt. Vernon park, as well as the historic architecture surrounding us. The white walls adorned with modern art are complimented by beautiful coffered ceilings and antique French doors, creating an aesthetic that invites you to make space your own. At full capacity, we can host up to 74 guests in Bailiwick or 50 in Kindred.
