Incredible!
My husband and I got married in June at the Barn and it couldn't have been more perfect! I am from Cohasset and was interested in celebrating locally. Initially, we chose the Red Lion because it had everything we wanted: all events on site, charming spaces, gorgeous outdoor grounds, and rooms for family to stay in! Throughout the planning process, we were delighted to find that the staff was incredible. Andrew and Nancy at the front desk were friendly and super helpful with navigating the room block. During the planning process and on the day of the wedding we worked with Sam Loonie and Toufek! They were an incredible team from start to finish! They were organized, efficient, and always willing to accommodate any of our needs. Sam Loonie was super responsive to the plethora of questions that I had throughout the planning process. I am not the most organized person on earth and her assistance with planning made it so much easier for me. She and Toufek made sure that our day ran so smoothly. Throughout the reception and even into the after party Sam and Toufek checked in with us to make sure all of our needs were met. We cannot thank them enough for all of the effort that went into pulling off an amazing day! We would highly recommend the Red Lion Inn to couples that are looking for a wedding venue!

My husband and I got married in Scituate but had our entire family stay at the Red Lion, got ready there, and had our Reception/After Party there as well. The way everything turned out was incredible, from the actual day of to the months of planning beforehand. Andrew the innkeeper, was so flexible with us on the room bookings and making sure that everything was organized and set up for success the week of the wedding. Thank you for your help with everything, Andrew! Our wedding coordinator was Krystel Enko and we were beyond lucky to get to work with her. To say that Krystel is talented in the event planning space is an understatement - she was on top of everything from the moment we chose the Red Lion and was a pleasure to work with. Her calm but efficient way of working while being flexible for phone calls and last minute adjustments was incredible and I am so grateful for her help and guidance during the planning process. She took all of the stress off of the wedding and let us completely enjoy being around our friends and family. During and after the wedding, I've had friends/family reach out specifically on the organization of speeches, food services, etc. during the reception and how seamlessly and thoughtfully it was organized - that was all Krystel :) We also wanted to send a virtual shout out to Taoufik - thank you for all of the thoughtful details the day and night of our wedding! From the bluetooth speaker in the getting ready room to the attentiveness during the reception to the slices of cake saved for us in our room for after the after party, the level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail was unbelievable. Thank you for all of your time and help - we appreciate it! Everything about the day was simply wonderful - the getting ready rooms and the delicious food and drinks; right down to the dance off and last call at the after party. We've had friends and family calling us in the weeks after our wedding to tell us what an incredible time they had and we could not be more appreciative to those at the Red Lion that made that a reality! Thank you for such an amazing event to kick off a lifetime - we thoroughly enjoyed celebrating our wedding at the Red Lion and would highly recommend it!

My husband and I just had our wedding at the Red Lion Inn on 12/16/23 and I will never be able to fully articulate how incredible it was. The staff at the RLI are incredible. Jennifer Crook our event coordinator was truly a magician. She was organized, knowledgeable, she answered emails within minutes and she really felt like a friend. As someone who was very overwhelmed with wedding planning, she was such a resource and always guided us in the right direction. I will sing her praises forever. Toufik was amazing on our wedding day making sure everyone was well taken care of and tended to every detail. That man worked so incredibly hard and made us all feel so welcome. The inn keeper Andrew was waiting for us Friday night helping us settle all of our decor and made all the guests feel so welcome. The Red Lion Inn itself is stunning. It was the perfect winter wedding destination for our ceremony and reception. Cocktail hour at hill house was perfect and they even helped us coordinate a karaoke after party in the Cave. The food was amazing, the bar staff were top notch. If they have your date available, run don't walk. I will be reliving this day for the rest of my life and the Red Lion Inn and it's staff are a huge part of our perfect day. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
Simply Amazing!
There is not enough space to list out every single person and aspect of the Red Lion Inn that made our wedding here in October the greatest day of our lives. Sam Loonie, our event planner, made every detail of our wedding weekend perfect. She was so caring, and thoughtful and without her, we would not have been able to pull it off. Andrew Prost, the Innkeeper was a fan favorite, and so accommodating and a true professional. The entire team, from the maintenance staff, the bartenders, and the wedding coordination team was fantastic! The Barn, The Tavern, and all the other aspects of this amazing 1700's Inn made our dream wedding a reality. I would highly recommend booking your wedding here, you will not regret it!!!
