About this venue
Oak Glen is a private and public golf course with a gorgeous wedding and event venue, located just 5 minutes from downtown Stillwater. Our packages include your ceremony and reception, on-site catering, tables, chiavari chairs, linens, flatware, charger plates, votives, and all day access to our getting ready suites! Oak Glen has two outdoor and one indoor ceremony locations as well as one beautiful reception space. The Willows ceremony site is located just off the first hole and features willow trees framing our beautiful fountain in the pond. The Prairie ceremony site is located closer to the clubhouse, making it more convenient for your guests to get to. All ceremonies include worry-free setup and tear down with white folding chairs, a hexagon shaped arch- that you can decorate, as well as back-up indoor ceremony site (depending on guest count.)

Providing excellent service, every time.
Our majestic Royal Oak reception room comfortably accommodates 400 guests with a full bar, 16' by 24' permanent dance floor, and even a "Juliet" balcony. This large room feels intimate for groups small to large and offers unique details featuring a natural stone fireplace, custom head table, and state of the art video equipment. The clubhouse offers views of the golf course while keeping your party private.

Our spacious bridal suite is a great "home base" for you and your bridal party. The suite is available to you all day, so if you need to freshen up or take a break from the party you have the ability to do so. Included in the suite is a locked closet for your personal items - this is also a great place to lock away your gifts and cards for the evening.
