Overall my wedding experience was decent at this venue. My only issue with this venue was the event coordinator not showing up the day of the rehearsal due to being out the country. She did not clearly communicate with me that she would not be in town even when I was confirming with her the day and time I would be seeing her for the rehearsal. This venue is different from traditional wedding venues so I was confused as to why the person helping me organize this event wouldn’t be there to help smooth out the final details of the wedding. Not only she was not there, she did not communicate with the other the event coordinator about my wedding rehearsal, seating chart and table decoration arrangements. Which added extra stress on me (the bride) the night before the wedding and I had to then go over everything again with a new person whom I never even met. Tony the other event coordinator that had stepped in did a great job accommodating us which really helped me enjoy the wedding. I only received apologies from him which I appreciate but I did not once hear from my original coordinator again. The coordinator I spent months emailing back and forth with about my big day did not once reach out and apologize to me for the inconvenience. I never asked the venue to make things right or ask for any handouts, but to not receive an apology it felt like this wedding coordinator did not care and did not take my feelings in consideration. The rest of the staff were amazing though, and I really hope that you have a better experience than I did if you do choose this venue.

Thank you for sharing your feedback about your wedding at our venue. We appreciate your insights and are glad our team helped you enjoy your special day despite the challenges. We provide the venue, furniture, food, beverages, and staff but are not wedding planners. Our role is to ensure the venue is ready, and we encourage clients to hire planners for detailed coordination. We apologize for any confusion. We understand your frustration with the Event Sales Director's absence. Her role was to communicate your details to the team, which she did, including your seating chart and decor in your contract. Tony confirmed the setup met your requests. It seems there was a misunderstanding, as you expected planner assistance. We offer a list of vendors with planners for such tasks. Our team strives to go above and beyond, and we believe we did on your special day. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope your wedding was memorable. If there's more we can do to address your concerns, please reachout.
