The Ballroom has native Indiana hardwood covering every inch of the walls and ceiling with 18 windows looking into the woods and cocktail court. This room also has a basketball goal in the back of the room which can be covered if needed. Great for ceremonies, buffet tables, dancing and special events.

Open spaces are great to have when you want to add activities to your event or need area for a large outdoor pavilion. The grassy field at the south of the estate property is perfect for a soccer game, volleyball, or other sports. The open field is also perfect for a large wedding ceremony or reception where the backdrop is open fields, blue sky, woods or a breathtaking sunset.

The courtyard area is a great option for a ceremony, reception or big event. This area contains a canopy of string lights over the entire space adding an extra touch of romance and creating an intimate setting for guests. Holding a wedding ceremony under the stone arch makes for picture-perfect views as the area looks out to the vast amount of mature trees.

There is a wooded area that lines the back of the estate that features several walking paths that lead back to a clearing which is a great spot for a shady intimate outdoor ceremony.

As you watch the wedding party exit the estate and walk the path leading to the island, you get to experience a wedding different from any other. Friends and family can line the pond banks and hear you say your vows with a backdrop of cascading water. Nestled in trees in front of the estate, this intimate pond offers a very unique and special place for your event.

Sunset hill speaks for its self and doesn’t disappoint. We encourage our couples to sneak off for sunset photos during their event.

The South Wing is the only building that is not connected to the rest of the estate and is industrial in style. The South Wing includes a lobby space, a prep room, and large room with a stage. Great for ceremonies and special events.

White Hall is perfect for your wedding, business conference, training event, or fundraiser. The room features all-white shiplap-style walls and unique chandlers. It includes a video screen, portable sound system, wireless microphones, internet, and computer projection capabilities ready to support any event. White Hall can be lit to create a wide range of moods. Colored accent lighting can be bounced off the ceiling to add color to your event.
