The Mural Ballroom can host as many as 130 guests for all aspects of your celebration and features gilded Corinthian columns and beautiful painted murals. For larger affairs of up to 250, the Grand Ballroom will be at your disposal. This magnificent ballroom is draped with glittering crystal chandeliers and is equipped with romantic balconies and floor-to-ceiling mirrors.     We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding experience than the one we had at the Historic Hotel Bethlehem. From the moment we started planning, the communication was exceptional. The staff was incredibly responsive, answering every question we had and ensuring we were fully prepared for the big day. Emilie, our wedding coordinator, was an absolute dream to work with. She was organized, calm, and truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day seamless. She made us feel like we were her top priority, and thanks to her, everything ran perfectly without a single hitch. The venue itself is stunning, especially with the winter decorations that created a magical atmosphere. From the rehearsal dinner to the ceremony, reception, and even the send-off brunch, every detail was taken care of. Once we handed over our decorations to the hotel staff, they completely brought our vision to life and transitioned flawlessly between the ceremony and reception spaces. The food was another highlight! Our guests loved the variety of options at the rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour, and reception. The ice cream station during the reception was a huge hit—such a fun and delicious touch that had everyone talking. The accommodations for our guests were top-notch, with many of them praising the comfort and convenience of staying at the hotel. And the private cocktail hour for us, the bride and groom, was such a thoughtful and special touch that we’ll always remember. On the wedding day itself, the maître d’ was outstanding. They made sure we were well taken care of, guiding us through the day with ease and ensuring that we could truly enjoy every moment. Overall, the Historic Hotel Bethlehem provided the perfect setting for our wedding weekend. Every aspect—from the rehearsal to the ceremony to the reception and beyond—was flawless, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice.     We recently had a business event at Hotel Bethlehem. The venue was beautiful. The staff provided amazing service during our event and they were very attentive to our guest needs. The Bellman Barry and one other Bellman were very helpful upon arrival. They also made it easy to enter the hotel for one of our guest in a wheelchair. We had food stations and they were setup with great detail and the meal was delicious! Everyone commented that the food was on point perfect. This comment also came from 3 Chefs that were in the room as guest. Our bartender Steve also made the event special helping serve our guest themed drinks. Kathy our Sales Manager was extremely helpful with the entire process. She made everything run smoothly from the menu selections to the room layout. Our guest are still talking about this event weeks later! We truly appreciate the warm hospitality of all the hotel staff at Hotel Bethlehem.

    The BEST choice we have made - other than each other, was choosing Hotel Bethlehem for our big day! The Hotel provided an amazing list of vendors that had a lot of experience working with the hotel, and that really made the experience go by flawlessly. Our wedding was an Indian/American wedding in the Terrace room, and everything went by flawlessly - huge thank you to Emilie and our maître d' because they managed the crowd and cleanup process so well, and we could not have asked for more. Our guests LOVED the space, their accommodations at the hotel, and the food. Huge shoutout to the chef for creating Channa Masala as the Indian vegetarian dish - it was delicious and made the Indian part of the wedding feel so authentic. We chose the Emerald food and drink package and it was perfect. We loved our signature cocktails and dinner service was so well coordinated. The hotel provides couples with storage space and even helps up with set up. We will forever we grateful for the entire Hotel B Team!!!! - Sandhya and Maurice

    We had our ceremony, cocktail hour & reception at Hotel Bethlehem and it couldn’t have been more perfect!! The venue is so beautiful and our guests loved having the whole night in one place without needing to travel to multiple locations… and staying at the hotel was super helpful too! Emilie was absolutely amazing to work with! She made sure we had everything we asked for. The whole staff was so friendly and made sure we had the perfect day! Highly recommend :)
