A 10 acres of private, serene, countryside space with a summer garden, exquisite sunset scenery, and peaceful surroundings, our private location rental is perfect for a small, intimate wedding and event venue. Yes! Although we recommend using a wedding planner who can ensure every aspect of your wedding is taken care of with excellence, you can plan your own wedding and bring in your own supplies. You will be able to set up your own tent, set out chairs for the seating area, tables for the dining area, and you will have free reign to use the 8 acres of lawn space as you see fit.
Yes, you can rent out our 5 stall barn with an insulated 18 x 12 ft tack room. There are many ways you could use this space. Please call us to discuss.
Electricity and water are not included. These services are available, but will be an additional charge.
Deposits and payments are to be made in cash only. We are making this venue affordable for those who are looking for a stunning, peaceful location to have a small, intimate celebratory event.
If you have a wedding planner or event coordinator, the owner will not remain on site during your event.
This venue is available for large production filming, small production filming, commercials, and other film uses. We have a high end barn for filming if you need a backdrop for luxury horses. We have great views of the Saffire and Rocky mountains. In addition, photographers and small photo shoots are welcome!
