About this venue

We have 4,500 square feet of indoor space; this includes our cozy tasting room and adjacent event space. The event space also gives you access to the cupola where you’ll have a 360-degree view of the estate winery. It’s quite spectacular! We also have nearly 3,000 square feet of covered, wrap-around porch. It too, is an equally great space and overlooks various fields. You’ll often see our Grape Vine Patrol Squad (rescue dogs) out walking in the fields. We have eleven in all, and their job is to patrol the vineyards and keep out prey. They’re all friendly, enjoy meeting new people and being petted. In addition, feel free to inquire about using acreage surrounding the tasting and production facility for your private event. Rental cost varies with size of event (i.e. number of guests). Contact us for availability and more details about event space rental.

Occupying the site of an old sand and gravel mine, Good Luck Cellars blends the sophistication of modern wine-making with the natural beauty of Virginia. Every adult deserves a timeout chair, and there's plenty at Good Luck. The covered, wrap-around porch is spacious; it overlooks the vineyard AND Grape Vine Patrol Squad (rescue dogs).     Good Luck Cellars was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. From start to finish, their communication was open, clear, and great - they were so eager to help and make our day seamless.
