Known as the highest point in Minneapolis, Norwegian Hill at Deming Heights is a beautiful location with a splendid view of the city. The park itself is covered with mature trees and tucked into a quiet Northeast neighborhood. Close to downtown Easy access to numerous highways. Permits are issued for ceremonies only. Food and receptions are not allowed at ceremony sites.
