About this venue
Welcome to Cotton Creek Barn. We are family owned and family ran. We spent around 2 years building most of Cotton Creek Barn by ourselves. When coming out to the barn you know that you are taken care of because Cotton Creek Barn is our 2nd home. We welcome you with open arms and hope you enjoy all that it has to offer. Cotton Creek Barn was built on love and trust like any great relationship. At Cotton Creek Barn when you say I DO, you will know that you are starting your life together on a great foundation.
Our event spaces
Cotton Creek Barn
The Main barn is our favorite space made from rusted tin and old fence wood where you will find the kitchen area, bar area, and bathrooms. You will find our rustic handmade tables, old farm spools, and the Cotton Creek Barn buffet located here as well. The main barn can hold up to or around 300 guests.
The Olde Grain Barn
The Grain Barn was the first addition to Cotton Creek Barn. It was built in 1951. We love to let the caterers that come out use the Grain Barn to serve the wonderfully delicious food that they have prepared. It’s a great way to utilize the entire property, especially when we have many guests. In the summer time you might find the outdoor bar underneath the patio area where you can grab a cool drink before heading in to get your plate.
Bridal Suite
Every bride should have special place to get ready for her wedding day. That is exactly what we created for you at Cotton Creek Barn. Moms, grandmas, sisters, and bridesmaids, the bridal suite is for you too. A bride’s wedding day should be filled with the people who mean the most to you. Come hang out, eat, talk, do hair and makeup, and mostly tell the bride how much you love her. We decorated the little farm house just like we would our own home, with hope that you will feel at home too. The bridal suite is equipped with a small kitchen, perfect for a bridal luncheon. We have hooks and closet space for all your beautiful dresses! Lastly, there are plenty of mirrors and plug-ins for all your hair and makeup needs.
The Old Farmhouse
The Old Farm House, also known as the “Groom Room” is a charming little house that we have made perfect for the boys. The boys are able to relax, change cloths, get ready, and enjoy the day in their own little corner on the property. The Farm House and Bridal Suite are on opposite sides so that there is not a chance of anyone peeking. You will also find the Farm House as the perfect spot for your wedding ceremony. This area will have the most amount of room for your guests. There’s not much decorating to be done on the little Farm House because it looks so neat already! Don’t forget about the 30 rustic benches that your guests will be seated on. The Farm House and the benches make for the perfect wedding ceremony setting.
The Cotton Seed House
The cotton seed house was used back in the day to store cotton seed. Today it is used as a great backdrop for pictures. The license plates and different road signs give it a fun atmosphere and great place to say cheese!
Santa Fe Train Car
We’re not sure what the Train Car used to haul, but we do know that it makes for amazing pictures and the most unique wedding ceremonies. The Train Car, located in our Cotton Creek Barn Courtyard is the perfect setting for your modern day, rustic wedding ceremony.
Carlyle Covered Wagon
Carlyle is from the late 1800’s. He has been restored over the years and makes for great pictures. During the summer months you can find Carlyle being used as the registration table and in the winter you might find him in the barn being used as the groom’s cake table. No matter what you want to use him for he is always up for it!
1957 Red Apache Chevrolet Pickup
Ruby Red is her name. You can also find Ruby ready for pictures anytime of the day. Her tailgate opens up and makes for a great cake table. She would also make for the perfect registration table with an unlimited amount of room for guests to place their wedding gifts!
