Special Event Package pricing is based on 25 guests. Add $55 for each person above 55 guests. Perfect for the client that wants to include catering and bar services but provide their own vendors. This package includes property rental for 6 hours, tables, chairs, linens, bartender with setups and fully catered buffet meal including dessert

Description

Property only rentals start at $200 per hour with a minimum of 2 to 4 hours depending on day of the week. Saturday evening block is a flat property rental rate of $2800 from 3pm-11pm.

We recently had our wedding ceremony and reception at Celebration Gardens. Finding this venue was the answer to my prayers! They took care of everything and I had not a worry in the world! Brian answered all my questions and responds so quickly. We went with a package that has all the vendors included and they were all amazing to work with! The best part was that I was allowed to bring my own vendors if I wanted so I was able to have our pastor marry us! Their photographer, DJ, wedding cake and florist were professional and kind! The harpist for the ceremony was insanely good! She even took an impromptu request! John Michaels catering is the best catering anywhere. Attended several tastings (all free) and the food is just incredible. Never been to any wedding where I heard everyone mentioning how good the food was. What can I say except that Celebration Gardens is incredible and this gem should not be overlooked!

I have told anyone who would listen how happy I am that we chose this venue for our wedding. Absolutely gorgeous and so easy to work with. We didn’t even need any decorations! Would recommend 10x over.

The attendant represents the property and is there to make sure the property functions properly, bathrooms are stocked, garbage and trash bins emptied, light and maintain our firepit, raise and lower the electric wall screens under our Grand Pavilion, and ensure that our property is not damaged during your event. Due to liability and responsibilities, the attendant is not permitted to help clients unload, load, setup or breakdown your personal items.

We have three covered pavilions, one of which is fully weather protected and an indoor fully air-conditioned banquet room. We can move your outdoor wedding ceremony into any of these additional spaces should mother nature not cooperate!

Arrival time is strictly reserved for the exact time of your rental – guests nor vendors are permitted to enter early. Please advise your vendors of this. You can always rent additional time if needed.

The property must be free and clear of all trash and debris before leaving and placed in a trash receptacle or in our trash dumpster. This includes all vendors. We take care of emptying the trash cans as needed. Failure to leave the property free and clear of all trash and debris will affect your damage deposit.

Guests or clients are strictly prohibited from touching the fire pit. Our attendant will light the fire and replenish it as needed.

Smoking is only permitted in the rear of the property in the rear lawn or on the front porch of the bridal suite (for client use). Cigarette butts must be extinguished in our smoker urns. Excessive cigarette butts on the grounds can result in partial loss of your damage deposit.

No penetration of our wood is permitted. We suggest command hooks or fishing line to hang items. Removal of either at end of event is required.

Guests are prohibited to take food inside the bridal suite. The client may have simple cold platter food available while getting ready only, such as fruit, cheese, charcutier boards.

The city of Winter Park has a 10pm noise ordinance and all amplified music and bar service must end by that time. Clients and their guests will have until 11pm to exit the property.
