A true barrel room with an elegant touch!

The space is approximately 2000sq ft with extra space that can be added on. Surrounded by authentic and filled wine barrels, a beautiful glazed floor, candles scattered about and 6 rustic chandeliers to finish off the look.

    Wow, where do I even begin... The team at Callaway was so attentive throughout the entire process. From the initial tour until the wedding day. Communications went very smoothly, friendly, timely and extremely helpful. They make sure we made our wedding day goes beyond perfect. Our wedding coordinator, Mariah, is my hero :) She goes above and beyond on every aspect of our wedding from managing timeline, vendors, and all the wedding details. She also gave us so many amazing recommendations on placements, decorations, and locations within the venue. Her team, including Jen and Ayden, are so helpful, collaborative, and welcoming. We could not have asked for a better team and a better outcome. Thank you so so so much!

    Let me start out by saying that our wedding day on December 16, 2023 was absolutely gorgeous. Day of, things went fairly well. Callaway is a beautiful venue. My review is split in 2 parts: day of, and the planning process. Day of: There were minor hiccups on the part of the staff day of (late to move the bride so the groom was standing up at the front for too long, didn't sheppard guests to the cocktail hour, etc.). Planning process: The planning process was an exercise in patience. Our in-house coordinator was Mariah. While she was patient and friendly, there were constant issues with a lack of detail orientation and follow-through. - Caterer: Details for the catering tasting were never provided or confirmed with the vendor so when we drove the 1.5 hours north for the appointment nobody was there (led to rescheduling far to close to the event date). - DJ: Our details were never communicated to the DJ even after me telling Callaway multiple times we hadn't heard from him (again, eventually connected far too close to the event). - Set-up: A general lack of detail-orientation around the number of seats at tables, escort cards vs. table sign, and repeatedly asking for the same information (place details, napkin folds, etc.) - Payment handling: there were mistakes in the contract that we had to catch and correct (overcharing), and when we completed the credit card authorization form with a different card # than the initial one used to complete payment, they refunded to the initial card instead of the one on the form. Overall, the venue is beautiful, and the vendors that they recommend do a great job. But, if you choose to get married here, be ready to be constantly following up with the coordinator and double-checking the things they send you.
