About this venue

Founded as Brigham Academy, the center has a rich history dating back to 1903. It has served various purposes, including a dance hub, roller skating rink, bowling alley, corporate offices for Thiokol Chemical Corporation and then it became the home of American Sportswear. This incredible dance hall is the birthplace of Ballet West and today it stands as the beautifully restored Brigham Academy Center.

Grand Ballroom

Our classic vintage ballroom is sure to captivate!

30 large round tables that seat 8 people can fit in this space. This historic ballroom has been a hidden gem of Northern Utah for over 100 years. This ballroom boasts that it was also the birthplace of Ballet West. ***Renting the whole building so you don't have to share with others is an option as well!

Brigham Room

A charming and intimate space!

7 large round tables can fit in this room easily with 8 people per table. This room is popular for business meetings, small receptions/dinners, and small ceremonies.
