Berry Acres is one of Kansas City’s premier wedding venues. It is a full-service facility located in Odessa, Missouri on a manicured 20 acres. At Berry Acres we have a deep passion for weddings and over 30 years of experience in the wedding industry. This passion coupled with a facility that was designed specifically for weddings will create a worry-free experience for you and your guests. Our goal is to exceed your expectations while entertaining your family and friends with a host of unique amenities such as a top rated disc jockey, lighted video dance floor, fireworks displays, nursery, private parking, open air photo opportunities and more!

Take advantage of our culinary excellence by allowing our award winning chef and his professional staff to prepare a customized menu. Dinners start at $17.50 on clear disposable ware. Add china, flatware & stemware for $4 more per person. Berry Acres services buffet style dinner. Applicable taxes & 18% gratuity is applied to all food packages.

Berry Acres has its own liquor license. We offer several beverage packages to fit any budget, ranging from non-alcoholic sodas, to cash bar options and hosted alcoholic packages. Our experienced bartenders and wait-staff will exceed your service expectations. Anytime alcohol is served, Berry Acres requires a security officer for $150. Applicable taxes & 18% gratuity is applied to all bar packages. All packages are for 4 hours unlimited drinks.

Phenomenal
I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience with Berry Acres! From the planning stages to the actual wedding day Angela, Emma, and Alan were fantastic to work with. First, the venue is absolutely beautiful, both inside and out. Angela reached out to us multiple times throughout the process to see how things were going and if we needed anything, they worked with us on any changes we requested, they coordinated with our florist, videographer, and photographer (one less thing for us to stress about!), and the day of the wedding went more smoothly than I could ever hope or even imagine it could go. I kept thinking, "Why am I not stressed? Shouldn't I be feeling stressed out at this point?!" Angela anticipated our needs and took care of everything, both during the planning process and the day of. I feel so blessed that we were truly able to actually ENJOY the day. There are so many areas around their property for really awesome pictures, and Alan was a phenomenal DJ! The dance floor was crowded until the very end and people weren't ready to stop dancing. Also, their prices are really reasonable for all the services they provide, and they have so many different options available that you are able to make your wedding experience uniquely yours. And the food was delicious too! It was such a magical day. I'm forever grateful to Berry Acres for helping to make our wedding one of the best days of our lives.
Outstanding!
Berry Acres was outstanding for our March wedding. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, and it is was so easy to customize to make our vision come to life. The gold curtain backdrop in the reception hall made our photos extra magical. Emma was our planner and coordinator, and made sure everything went smoothly- from planning meetings months in advance, to the rehearsal, to our big day, down to making sure the tablecloths were just right. She made my dream come true of an outdoor ceremony, while wisely having a backup plan if the weather didn't cooperate. Our officiant shared how our wedding ended up being one of the smoothest he's ever been apart of because of her. My husband and I didn't have to stress about a thing because we knew we were in such good hands! If you're considering Berry Acres, go for it!!!! You won't regret a thing.
Perfect venue!
Berry Acres was the PERFECT venue! Their pricing was amazing for the services provided and we appreciated the optional add-on services of food and drink and other decor. They went above and BEYOND in making it our most special day with check-ins before our wedding and incredible coordinating on our wedding day anticipating our every need. The location was designed with every detail carefully thought out to make it functional and beautiful. My nieces and nephews LOVED the kids room and every family member and friend said again and again how amazing and special the venue was. We are so thankful for Angela, Al, Emma and the entire Berry Acres staff! I highly recommend choosing to celebrate your special day here!
Perfect wedding venue
Berry Acres was the perfect venue for our daughter’s wedding. From the organization of the planning meetings, to the rehearsal with the tutorials for walking down the aisle and where to sit, the Berry’s team thinks of every detail and helps put into motion the moments that will become memories for years to come. They provide a beautiful atmosphere inside and out, with all the amenities you will need. They provide not only the venue, but also the dj, the catering, and the set up and clean up. The services they provide and the communication in between takes a lot of stress off the family. We had so many compliments from family and friends about how smoothly the wedding went, as well as the celebration afterwards. Their expertise with weddings made for a wonderful experience and one we will cherish for years to come!
