This price Includes Reception space, Ceremony site (four different options), Bridal suite, Grooms Cave, taxes and gratuities, full planning and event coordination, design session, tables and chairs, linens, catering, cake, fresh flowers, DJ, uplighting, chandeliers, twinkle lights, ceremony site decor, reception decor, bar with a variety of mixers + bartender, parking attendant + private security, setting up and breaking down and much more!

The Most EXTRAORDINARY Day!
It's been nearly a year to the day since our wedding anniversary and I'm STILL in awe over how PERFECT our day was! In high school, I did not attend either of my proms so l'd always dreamt of having a big elaborate wedding where everything was like a fairytale. So when the time came to plan our day I researched and found Bakers Ranch and from the 1st tour of the grounds and meeting the staff I knew I found the absolute perfect venue to host our wedding! I can't speak enough the staff! We met with Jeremy ( Y) and Chanelle (whom we also love but is no longer with BR) and from the start I felt my husband and I connected with them; they were all so.. inviting...personable...excited...just happy for us and happy we were there! It really made the whole experience enjoyable and exciting. They were there EVERY step of the way, they answered every question I could think of even if I was asking it for the millionth time, and just kept me sane throughout the year! And as for our wedding day, I know everyone says their day was perfect but in truth our wedding day was PERFECT!! I promise as a bride I was a ball of nerves worrying what would go wrong but when I say if anything did, I was none the wiser because Jeremy and Charlotte had our wedding on POINT!! EVERY discussed detail was implemented and everything beautiful! I could not have dreamt a better wedding day and I owe it all to Baker's Ranch!! Thanks you guys!
So so amazing!!
My husband and I just adore the venue and the team that comes along with it! Communication is top notch here! We felt such a weight lifted off our shoulders working with such a fabulous group of people and our planner (Charlotte…: can’t recommend her enough to y’all!!! ). Charlotte seriously made my day and was such a a sweet soul to be around, I felt like I knew her forever as soon as I met her and we got to chatting. The day of the wedding was so smooth and everything was amazing! Thank you thank you bakers ranch and thank you charlotte for everything y’all did for us!

Bakers Ranch was incredible to work with from start to finish. Their entire team does an amazing job coordinating your wedding. You are truly taken care of and can sit back and enjoy your wedding day with no stress. Amanda, our day of coordinator, was incredible and went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend!
Dream Wedding at Baker's Ranch
Bakers Ranch is a team of informed wedding professionals who are experts in the unique art of weddings. Our wedding day felt like pure magic, and it is truly thanks to the incredible team at this wedding venue. Our guests were in awe of the space, and we received so many compliments regarding the décor, drinks, food, photographer and overall experience. My husband and I put a lot of time and research into finding the right wedding venue for us, and we walked away from our wedding day with a feeling of pride for our selection, and gratitude for the support we received. We looked at venues across three states. It was a little overwhelming and emotional, knowing that the venue would dictate so much of our time as an engaged couple and ultimately, our one wedding day. Bakers Ranch immediately stood out to us, it was an all-inclusive wedding venue that would eliminate some stress of planning. It had a gorgeous green backdrop of ancient oaks and rich foliage. It had Jeremy, a wedding planner that was calm, reassuring, honest and unlike any wedding professional we had met in our search. We booked the first available Saturday the following year almost immediately. I was also an extremely detail-oriented bride, straight down to the plates, the handmade table cards, and a personal note for each attendee. But it was all perfect. The decor, the flowers, the cocktails, the food, the week before, the day before, the day of, were all a dream. Everything that I communicated was heard. The vision that I had planned for was achieved. It was even better than what we could have imagined. We are extremely grateful to Baker’s Ranch for their incredible work.
