Wild Rose Planning & Events was established in 2021 by two wedding industry experts. Throughout our years in the industry, we felt there was a gap in the planning process, making it feel more like work than fun. We’re here to provide you with the experience you deserve — stress free, organized, and memorable!

We are your wedding planner but we hope to be so much more. We work closely with our couples, creating a genuine relationship that lasts far after the wedding day. Before the planning even begins, we want to know everything about you as a couple — your personalities, your pet peeves, your styles, your minds, what makes you tick — all of it. When we develop this deep foundation, we can make decisions exactly how you would make them and create a stunning day you’ve only ever dreamt about.

Description

For the couple who wants a stress free wedding planning experience. We take over the management of all vendors, review all contracts, plan your honeymoon, all while you don't lift a finger.

All of our packages are available for destination weddings, coordination can look a little different based on if you would like for us to travel with you or manage the event from afar.

For the couple who wants to be more involved in the wedding planning process. We will have monthly meetings and touch base on the vendors that need to be booked, create a detailed timeline, and of course will be there day of for your special day.

    I couldn’t have asked for a better team than Brenna and Molly with Wild Rose Planning & Events to take on my sister’s wedding. From the very beginning, they handled every single detail with precision and care, from the beautiful wedding invitations to managing all the timelines and communicating them seamlessly with our family and friends. What stood out the most was how they balanced everything so perfectly—they were incredibly fun to be around, making the entire process relaxed and enjoyable, but they also knew exactly when to step in and get things done. Their professionalism shined through most when we faced an unexpected crisis with a third party vendor halfway through the wedding! What could have easily turned into a disaster was handled flawlessly by Brenna and Molly, saving the day and keeping the celebration on track and vendors on board! Their punctuality and dedication were unmatched, and it gave us such peace of mind knowing they had everything under control. I can’t recommend Wild Rose Planning & Events enough—they truly made a perfect day for my sister and for all of us.

    When my husband and I got engaged in May 2023, Wild Rose was the very first vendor I booked (I sent my inquiry the day after he proposed). As a venue owner with more than 5 years in the industry at the time, I knew that the most important, non-negotiable vendor would be our coordinator. I knew that I wanted the full planning aspect so that I could enjoy the process as a BRIDE, not from an industry or “work” perspective. Brenna and Molly had been so amazing to work with at the venue, I absolutely loved their product and knew I had to have them do my wedding. From day one they made me feel so confident in our choices, our to-do list felt like it was handled and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. They fully designed our day - stationary, florals, decor rentals, it was such a blast to have our check-in meetings on Zoom to SEE our design come together. They handled all of the vendor exchanges, including when we arrived to our venue in Costa Rica and it looked completely different than the pictures online so we ended up moving our ceremony site to our welcome party site with 24 hours to go! I’d be lying if I said I didn’t worry for a second, but I did worry - if only for a second. Truly Brenna and Molly said “we got this” and they handled it so easily. I was worried about packing two wedding dresses for international travel - Molly had me bring them and my suitcase to work and she herself packed them perfectly. When we got to Costa Rica they came to our villa to unpack and hang them safely. On my wedding day Molly steamed my veil and was actually the one to get me in my dress. They were also so incredibly understanding with everything I wanted to do to include my mother who passed away in 2021. I brought a necklace with cremation remains and they so lovingly tied it on my bouquet for me. They carried the portrait I had my now mother-in-law carry down the aisle around with them throughout the day like she was just hanging out with them. They even took the portrait back to their flat so mom was at their “after party.” Our 3 sons are the first to refer our friends and family that are wedding planning to “Miss Brenna and Molly” - they loved hanging out with them for the week we were together. Overall - I love Brenna and Molly enough to spend a year in meetings with them AND fly them to Costa Rica for a week, along with our 30 closest family and friends. Their care, attention to detail, and confidence continue to amaze me and Wild Rose will always and forever be the best thing I ever did for our wedding!

    Brenna and Molly are the best for a reason. These 2 took all of the stress out of planning a wedding and I could not be happier with how it turned out, and who we got to work with. Not only are they the best wedding planners in Kansas City, but they are 2 absolutely wonderful people. Their kindness, and attentiveness to our wants/needs, made working with Wild Rose a dream come true. If you're reading this, there is no reason to continue looking for planners. You've already found the best one in the area.

    We are wedding musicians in Costa Rica and worked together with Brenna & Molly of Wild Rose Planning at a beautiful wedding in Las Catalinas. They were wonderful to work with both during the planning and on the wedding day, always with a very calm and easy going vibe, while also being super attentive to our questions and making sure all logistical elements were taken care of, so we could arrive and seamlessly provide our service. The clients looked at ease throughout the entire event, while Brenna and Molly took care of the details, always with a smile, and helped guide us through the event so that the music flowed with each part of the evening, from the cocktail hour through the bride and groom's arrival, speeches, dances and cake cutting. It was a successful and very easy going event, which is made possible when you work with a great planner to ensure all details are accounted for ahead of time and communicated with the team, and the ladies at Wild Rose Planning did a great job with that. We'd love to work with Molly and Brenna again, whether in Costa Rica or abroad, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great team of coordinators & designers for their wedding day!
