This offering is designed to allow the couple a hands-on role in their planning activities along with our professional assistance to guide them along the way.	Perfect option if you want to plan a majority of your wedding, but need a professional wedding coordinator in the background to answer questions, offer advice and coordinate the details on the wedding day so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your perfect event.

Absolutely! When we begin working together, we’ll schedule our venue visits, tastings, and meetings for when you’re in town. And when you’re at home? I’ll be your boots on the ground.

Yes, you do. Trust us! This is your wedding day and your focus should be on your new spouse, your friends and your families. The last thing you should be worrying about is fielding calls from vendors or directing relatives during photos. We know exactly how to plan and execute an impeccable wedding from start to finish – all you need to do is get married.

Of course! Love is love. Timeless Grace Events does not discriminate based on gender, race, size, age, or religion.

We accept cash, checks, and Zelle. We do require an initial down payment to hold the date. We will then work with you to create a payment schedule that will work for you.

Almost everyone. We offer full wedding planning as well as day of coordination and everything in between. Everyone at least needs a wedding day coordinator. They make your day run smoothly by being there to handle all of the things you haven’t thought of. For example, if one of your bridesmaids dresses tear, we always have a sewing kit in our emergency bag. If you forgot the wedding rings we will get them (actually we wouldn’t have let you forget them in the first place…).
