Hey there, I'm Lauren! I’m a unique blend of “Type-A Detail Lover” meets a “Laid-Back Enneagram 2,” which works surprisingly well while planning weddings! Let me handle the nitty-gritty details, so you and your fiancé can sit back, grab that mimosa, and enjoy your engagement.

For as long as I can remember, I have always loved planning and creating events. Regardless of it was a birthday, anniversary or holiday, we always celebrated big growing up. It wasn’t always fancy, but it was an excuse to spend time together and make memories. I can’t wait to help bring your next celebration to life!

Lauren is so beyond a wedding planner, she is a friend to the couple, to the vendors and to the guests. She is knowledgeable, capable, smart and kind. She goes above and beyond in every aspect. This was our smoothest wedding day to date, and she is the reason for that. She is organized, quick to solve any issue that may arise and pivots as needed. We highly recommend her and her team!

We cannot recommend The Planning Bee highly enough! We hired Lauren to help with our pre and post wedding events, and she went ABOVE and BEYOND our expectations. We consider ourselves highly type A and on top of pretty much everything, and she still was able to point out things we missed or hadn’t considered. Because of her we were able to fully relax, trust and let go because we knew we were in good hands. We didn’t lift a finger at either of our events and got to truly enjoy our time with our loved ones. Lauren was our favorite vendor out of everyone we worked with and we are sad we won’t be working together in the immediate future. However, whenever we have party planning needs in the future, she will be our first call! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Lauren! You’re incredible!

Lauren was an absolute joy to work with! Her attention to detail was unmatched and truly made our bride feel so stress free during the whole wedding day. She didn’t skip a beat and was incredibly thorough. I can’t thank her enough for making my part of the day so easy (another one of the brides vendors) and I hope I get to work with her on several more events in the future! Look no further brides! It was an absolute pleasure working with Lauren.. She and the bride to be were very detailed about their wishes, which is a dream for any caterer. She had all the little extras at the venue, so nothing was overlooked, and we were so thankful that she actually got an opportunity to take the pictures of the food for us. We look forward to working with her again.

YES! We love to travel, the further the better!

Yes! For every wedding we work, I bring at least one assistant with me. Depending on the complexity of the day, we can always bring additional day-of assistants to provide extra support.

Nope! As we’re usually the first to arrive, the last to leave, and barely sit down in-between, wedding days are very involved & we want you to have our undivided attention.

While it depends on the package you book, we spend a minimum of 3 months with each of our couples. This is why we don't like to use the term "day-of coordination," as it can be very misleading!

The key difference between a wedding coordinator/planner and a venue coordinator is their relationship with you, the couple getting married! A wedding coordinator's focus is on making sure your wants and needs are met, whereas a venue coordinator is focused on ensuring the venue is well-maintained and well-represented.
