We are solutions and action-oriented, using our education and experience to remove ourselves from the immediate situation, view it practically, and find applicable solutions, quickly and efficiently. From conception to completion, our full-service planning options include everything from full-scale event logistics to development of your event look and vision. Choose The Overnight, which includes coordination of your rehearsal, or The Weekender, which includes the exclusivity of additionally planning your Welcome Dinner/Rehearsal, Wedding Day, and Send-Off Brunch.

With an expertise for researching, efficient traveling, and effective communication, The OPAL Affair provides our Wedding Services with the same level and tradition of excellence, regardless of destination or distance.

    Where do we even begin- We hired the Opal Affair for wedding Day of Coordination and it was by far the best choice (and money) for our wedding day- Kirsten and Katy made it the absolute best day of our lives!! In the year of planning whenever I had a timeline questions, Kirsten was so quick and helpful in responding and then in the month and week prior to wedding day, she stepped in and took over vendor comms and made sure all the little details that made the day unique and personalized were covered. We had Katy onsite with us and from rehearsal to day of, she helped keep things running smoothly, made sure the bar didn’t run dry and stepped in when health emergencies demanded action and took charge. We so appreciate the Opal Affair going above and beyond for us and our guests- They gave my husband & I such peace of mind that all the details were covered and we couldn’t have done it without you! Truly the most magical day and all thanks to The Opal Affair team!

    We brought on Kirsten late into our wedding planning process as a day-of coordinator and I'm so glad we did!!! She made everything flow smoothly on our wedding day and handled so much behind the scenes communication and coordination.     We utilized Kirsten and the Opal Affair for day of wedding coordination and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. At times I was worried I had piled a bit too much on her plate, but she executed my vision PERFECTLY. In addition to her eye for design, she was always two steps ahead, anticipating our needs and taking initiative to get it done. It was the best investment I made for our wedding day, and we truly could not have done it without her.
