INCREDIBLE Planners - Worth every penny
Eli and Arielle were INCREDIBLE. Our wedding was in late February and our journey with them started a little over a year prior to that. We purchased their full package services, and it was worth every penny. Working with them was like working with friends, but in a good way. They are super friendly and made every meeting so comfortable. They are both on top of everything, including but not limited to, following up with vendors even without our prompting, checking in with us about deadlines, and responding to all of our questions. We live far from where we had the wedding, and they were instrumental in helping us find the best vendors (both in price and quality) for the wedding. In particular, we were grateful for their help with procuring, and communicating with, a vendor for our specific cultural ceremony for the reception. We knew that was a service they likely weren’t familiar with, but they got up to speed quickly and executed everything perfectly. And we appreciated how they were never pushy about the vendors and services they recommended; Eli and Arielle always struck the perfect balance. It helped that their recommendations were also great! We wanted to host a happy hour the day before instead of a rehearsal dinner and they recommended the perfect place—our guests loved the venue for the happy hour. Then right before the wedding they provided a guidebook that had a detailed wedding timeline and other information, and they created our save the date, invite, welcome sign, seating chart, program, and more. Overall, they put us much more at ease throughout the planning process. As for the day itself, they were just as incredible. They were flexible and knew how to address any hiccup that came up. And they worked in ways that didn’t fully register until afterwards. For example, after a guest came up to our table to give us a card, the team appeared seemingly out of nowhere to take the card and put it in the card box. Because everything was so hectic, and it happened so quickly, I almost forgot it even happened. But looking back now, I’m amazed at their thoughtfulness for even the small things like that—given how hectic things were I probably would’ve accidentally left the card there. They genuinely care about giving you the best wedding possible and making sure the couple can focus on enjoying their day. Over a year ago we had very low expectations that we’d get everything we wanted for the wedding. And with Eli and Arielle’s help, we were able to get basically everything. We were so grateful for their patience and kindness. We can’t recommend them enough for your wedding (or other event!).
10/10 Would Hire Again
We hired LSC Event Planning for our wedding and it was the second best decision we made! (After deciding to get married, of course!). Talking with Eli felt like talking with a friend - she is so warm, personable, organized, and proactive. She made us feel sooo taken care of, and really made a huge difference in the month and days leading up to our wedding. Eli and her team are so organized that even the vendors for our wedding commented on how organized she is! It truly is thanks to her and her team that I, as a bride, was able to relax a bit before the big day. A month out from our wedding, she created a timeline and took over comms with our vendors, ensuring everyone knew where they had to be and when. She was ON TOP of every detail, even ensuring we understood the terms of every contract with each vendor. Her and her team also helped with the signage, and the seating chart, personalizing it to our liking. I can’t recommend LSC Event Planning enough! I would do it all over again with Eli and her team by my side if given the chance. So much so, that I’m already wondering what other event I could host just so I can hire them to help coordinate it. Don’t look any further and just reach out to Eli. You’ll thank me later!
Best wedding decision ever made
Eli and Sam were amazing! I highly recommend for your wedding or event planning needs. Hiring them was the best decision I ever made for my wedding. I hired them for month of coordination. Our ceremony and reception were at different locations and we had a lot of DIY at our wedding and I was nervous about getting everything set up. Eli and her team took care of all logistics and set up. She also provided great wedding advice not just month of but the months leading up to my wedding. Eli and her team are so responsive, personable, and reliable. My vendors also loved working with her and her team. It was reassuring to know there was someone trust worthy taking care of everything. Best decision ever made. I am a very anxious person and i was sure I wouldn’t have fun at my wedding. However, having Eli and Sam there I knew i could trust them and enjoy the night. I had so much fun at my wedding. Highly recommend, don’t even think twice.
The only wedding planner you’ll need!
We worked with Eli & the LSC team for our wedding in August and have nothing but positive things to say about her service. Eli is very attentive and thinks of every detail, including things we didn’t consider. Ex. When choosing our post-ceremony photo shoot location, Eli recommended we factor in commute time to the reception venue to ensure our day wouldn’t be delayed because of traffic. Eli & her team are highly organized and professional - helping to design the layout for our reception, figure out the transportation of ceremony decorations to the reception venue, and asking the venue managers the right questions to ensure smooth execution of our day. For day of transportation for us and our bridal party, she even recommended a car service, who were also friendly, on time, and efficient. Eli also does the small things that go a long way (ex. simple check-in texts as the wedding day came closer & visiting the venue with us for a walkthrough) and being prepared for any curveball on the wedding day (ex. Each member of her team has a Fanny pack of emergency supplies, such as a safety pin for when the bride’s shoulder straps tore) We are incredibly thankful for all the work that Eli & the LSC team did to make a potentially stressful planning process be as smooth as possible and a very special day be stress free. We strongly recommend her & her team for your special day too!
