Wedding Day Planning & Design: We are your partners throughout the planning process, and will collaborate with you to bring to life the perfect wedding day. Our wedding day planning service includes logistical planning for your wedding day, design curation, building your perfectly suited vendor team, & event production. Mia & her team love curating unique guest experiences & out-of-the-box wedding design for a day that feels "so us".

Planning your own wedding but looking for a team of wedding professionals to execute the vision? We offer high touch event management & wedding coordination through our associate team, buttoning up every detail in the final buildup to the big day.     Mia and her team are truly the best in the business. When looking for a wedding planner we decided on Little Acorn Events because they have done a lot of weddings at our venue in the past, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our choice! Mia uses a dedicated planning website to help keep you and herself organized during the many months that you work together, and as you get closer to your date she puts together a very thorough timeline of events for the day. Before hiring Little Acorn I was stressed about having to micro-manage vendors on my wedding day, but when the time came, their team handled everything from set-up to take-down and there wasn't a moment where I wasn't enjoying myself. It truly was the wedding of my dreams! In a way I am sad that wedding season is over for us because Mia and her team truly became friends of mine, but I can't wait to see what other brides' visions they can make a reality.

    We cannot express how grateful we are to have had Mia and Little Acorn Events as our wedding planner! From the very first meeting, her warm personality put us at ease, and we knew we were in great hands. She always felt like a friend throughout the wedding planning process. She was incredibly attentive to detail, ensuring that every aspect of our special day was thoughtfully considered and beautifully executed. Her creativity truly shone through in every element of our wedding. She recommended a wine and food parking during cocktail hour, since she knew we loved wine so much. It was a really fun addition to our wedding. She took our vision and transformed it into a stunning reality that exceeded our expectations. We also want to give a shoutout to her amazing assistant, Kenzie! She was equally delightful and played a crucial role in keeping everything running smoothly. Together, they made a fantastic team and made our day unforgettable.     Mia & Kinsey were extremely helpful in coordinating our private estate wedding. We first booked a Sage Session consultation to make sure what we envisioned was possible and then went with the Event Management & Coordination services to help guide us along the way. With great planning resources, helpful feedback & recommendations, and regular check-ins, they made planning a wedding (especially at a location that isn’t a standard wedding venue) possible. The days leading up to the wedding and day of are where I was beyond thankful to have Kinsey & her team. We were able to enjoy our wedding weekend and felt we could relax and celebrate knowing Kinsey helped us create a thoughtfully prepared timeline that would be executed by the team. Our entire wedding day experience would not have been as seamless and stress-free without them. I would highly recommended booking LAE!

    Mia was a joy to work with! Incredibly organized, detail oriented, and at the same time calm and easy going. Mia ensured that everything worked toward my daughter and her (now) husband’s vision for their special day. And when that day came, it was perfect. Her team were polished and professional and even came up with a plan to execute something we thought wouldn’t work at the last minute. They handled everything calmly ( even the bee that got caught in the lining of an attendant’s dress!). I honestly believe that hiring Mia and Little Acorn Events was the best investment we made for this wedding. We were all able to have the most magical, stress free day because Mia and her team were handling every detail. I would give Little Acorn Events a 10 out of 10!
