We will manage every detail, from your stationery to your florals to your venue for each weekend event.

Wedding Day Planning & Design: We are your partners throughout the planning process, and will collaborate with you to bring to life the perfect wedding day. Our wedding day planning service includes logistical planning for your wedding day, design curation, building your perfectly suited vendor team, & event production. Mia & her team love curating unique guest experiences & out-of-the-box wedding design for a day that feels "so us".

    Since wedding coordination is my career, my standards were very high and I was worried we wouldn’t be able to find a coordinator I trusted. Mia quelled ALL of my worries and blew me away with her skill and knowledge at every turn. Mia was seamlessly organized, deeply kind, and highly professional through the entire process. She started every meeting genuinely asking how we were in not only our wedding planning lives, but also just in our day to day. She truly wanted to get to know US and from that blossomed a beautiful relationship that didn’t feel contractual or forced at all. She somehow made it feel as if we were the only couple she was working with and like we were a top top top priority for her! Plus, her design suggestions are impeccable! She has taste and an eye for all things beautiful! Hiring LAE was the number 1 best decision we made for our wedding! QUEER COUPLES THIS IS YOUR COORDINATOR!!! We are a queer couple and Mia was so incredibly supportive of us and our identities the entire time. She cared about and understood pronouns, family dynamics, and more without making it a big deal. She was 100% open to throwing tradition out the window when it didn’t suit us but also totally here for upholding it when it felt right. She LOVED our clothing choices and encouraged us to embrace our true selves instead of what the wedding industry told us we had to wear. We felt truly celebrated! On the big day, Mia and her team, Macie and Tiffany, were early and on the ball! The second they arrived I could feel my nerves disappear knowing they would be overseeing every little detail. They came ready with every form (and extra copies) imaginable, dressed professionally and in line with our color pallet, and miced up for quick and discreet communication. Our wedding party and guests were raving about how kind they all were and how well they executed everything that day. As a couple, my spouse and I felt at ease and were able to let go and have a blast on our wedding day because we knew all the little details were in the BEST hands. We heard from guests that the shuttle had messed up big time and literally went to the wrong hotel. Mia and her team fixed the issue SO FAST and kept it SO QUIET that we had no idea anything was wrong and we were able to enjoy our evening blissfully unaware that our guests almost didn’t make it to the ceremony! Then, after the wedding Mia had already reached out to the shuttle company to begin dialogue about what happened and to request a refund without us even having to ask her! I cannot possibly recommend Mia and LAE enough and we will forever look back on our beautiful wedding day with fond stress free memories thanks to LAE!

    Oh my gosh, where do I even BEGIN? The minute I spoke to Mia I just fell in love with her. She so clearly was so passionate about what she does and the couples she chooses to work with. I also quickly learned how much of an absolute BOSS she is at what she does. She made the process SO much less stressful and so much more exciting throughout the year we were planning together. The wedding day felt like an absolute breeze because her and her team - they were SO on top of everything it was truly amazing, but even before that, she walked us through everything we needed and went out of her way to help us find perfect vendors that would help bring our dream to life even further while also curating ideas herself to bring out the vibe we wanted (but couldn't figure out how to make come to life and look beautiful) and stay within our budget. (heck, weddings are expensive and Mia GETS it. She offers options to make sure you can feel comfortable with your wedding budget while also still having the PERFECT dream layout/design.) She took our ideas and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make the most dreamy wedding weekend for us and you could see that with the time and detail she put into everything. I can honestly say our wedding wouldn't have been as special as it was without her. We hope to stay in touch with her as we truly just absolutely adore her and always will for the careful, thoughtful, hard-working, friendly, creative person, planner and friend she is. Hiring Mia and her team was truly the best decision we made!

    Mia and her team are truly the best in the business. When looking for a wedding planner we decided on Little Acorn Events because they have done a lot of weddings at our venue in the past, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our choice! Mia uses a dedicated planning website to help keep you and herself organized during the many months that you work together, and as you get closer to your date she puts together a very thorough timeline of events for the day. Before hiring Little Acorn I was stressed about having to micro-manage vendors on my wedding day, but when the time came, their team handled everything from set-up to take-down and there wasn't a moment where I wasn't enjoying myself. It truly was the wedding of my dreams! In a way I am sad that wedding season is over for us because Mia and her team truly became friends of mine, but I can't wait to see what other brides' visions they can make a reality.

Her creativity truly shone through in every element of our wedding. She recommended a wine and food parking during cocktail hour, since she knew we loved wine so much.
