Houston Soiree's mission is to plan and design your dream wedding by carefully selecting vendors that cater to your vision, expectation, and budget. Curating a detailed timeline, diagram, and checklist to ensure every little detail is addressed and executed. We focus on designs that highlight your venue, enhance the guests experience, and most importantly, showcase your love story. By working with Houston Soiree and trusting our process, we create a signature experience that is memorable and tailored to you.

We are the only wedding planner in Texas who offers digital renderings included in our Event Design Package. We know first hand that planning an event on your own can be difficult and extremely time-consuming. Having a celebration is supposed to be fun, so leave your stress at home and let us do the work for you. We work with each client to help them design a custom theme, find the perfect venue, coordinate entertainment, and handle catering and bar services. We also offer decor and styling services so each event can be tailored specifically to your taste, resulting in a once in a lifetime experience.

Couples who need help with planning and guidance from the very beginning. Planning a wedding can be a full-time job but with our full-service planning, we will be with you every step of the planning process. We will get to know the two of you as a couple, detailing what is important to you, discussing the budget, and conceptualizing the design. We will help you book your venue, all of your vendors, curate design, and execute your wedding day.

Couples who like to do the planning, but may need some help along the way. This is geared towards those who already have booked their venue, some of their vendors, know the basics of their event planning, and vendor communication under control but are looking for professional assistance toward the middle and end of their planning.

With this service we will work with you to capture, refine your vision, and curate it into a visual blueprint that allows you to see each detail prior to your big day! Click below to get an idea of what our Event Design includes.

Couples who have everything on their wedding planned and all/ if not majority of their vendors booked. We come in and help you toward the last stretch of the planning to tie together the remaining details and control the event weekend with well-constructed timelines, diagrams, vendor communication, and seamless event execution. We’ll shore up any logistical concerns and skillfully manage the behind the scenes to ensure a flawless event.
