Are you part of a team? Who will we be working with?

Accepted Answer

Primarily, you'll be working with your very own Wedding Fairy Godsis CJ! For larger weddings, typically we bring on 1-2 assistants as needed.

Question 2

Do you take on multiple weddings in a day or weekend?

Accepted Answer

Nope! We want you to have the royal treatment for your big day, so we do not double book our dates. The exception for this would be local weddings, if we have two small weddings or elopements the same weekend (Friday and Saturday) we may but not necessarily.

Question 3

How much time should we expect to spend with you?

Accepted Answer

It depends. On average, our couples spend about 4-6 hours with us before the wedding and 10-12 hours on the day of. If we're doing one of our planning packages we would have more time together, or less for one our design or a la carte services.

Do you also plan other events, like showers or rehearsal dinners?

We do! We also offer our services for: - Destination Wedding weekend - Welcome dinner/Farewell brunch - Bachelorette or bridal shower - Engagement Party - Wedding Reception (no ceremony) - Wedding ceremony (no reception) - Other

Do you travel? How far and are there fees?

Accepted Answer

We are always up for an adventure! Travel fees would apply and be quoted accordingly. We’re based in Fairmont, West Virginia and have traveled throughout the state, and the west and central regions of Pennsylvania, and western Maryland! For weddings less than 30 minutes away, there are no travel fees.

What if my wedding date changes?

We understand these things happen. Here is a snippet from our Terms and Conditions available on our website that covers our rescheduling policy: “If the Client needs to change the date, time, or location of the wedding ceremony and reception prior notice must be given in advance of 90 days of their original scheduled date for the event. The Company shall work to accommodate the Client with a transfer of their services and payments to reflect the rescheduled date if they are available; this rescheduled date shall be within 18 months of the originally scheduled date....”

Do your provide virtual planning services?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer virtual planning sessions and consultations for couples who are unable to meet in person or are planning a destination wedding.
