Zolana Weddings is a luxury wedding planning firm based in Columbus, OHIO. We offer wedding planning, coordination and bridal concierge services in Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. "Zolana" comes from the word “Kou-Zola”, which means to love in an African language. Zolana is an ode to love that is shared between two people and deserves to be celebrated in the most intentional way. Our mission is to celebrate the fusion of two souls by combining excellent guidance, graceful planning, and flawless execution. We create tastefully sophisticated weddings that balance traditions and personal values.

We value culture and traditions, and combine it with personal values in a sophisticated way. We are not shaken by the natural chaos that comes with weddings. We are the calm space that you will want to refuge in. We are the people you will enjoy hanging out with all day long, and that you will miss the day after your wedding day. We know first hand how difficult it can be to find the right resources, manage vendors, make sure families are on the same page, balance normal life and work, and trying to relax! That's where we come in!

Description	Efficient planning is what makes your wedding run smoothly. From matching you with the right vendors that fit your wedding style, we assist with every logistical detail such as negotiating contracts, defining your budget, arranging hotel blocks, assembling favors, getting your wedding license, and welcoming your wedding guests. Our Full service comes with design of your wedding day (personal flowers and decor) and a bridal concierge.	You started the road to wedding planning with a specific vision, we meet you wherever you want us to and make sure your vision is executed to the T on your wedding day. We will step in and handle every last details such as communicating with all vendors, creating a wedding day timeline, monitoring and cueing for important events during ceremony & reception.

Grace, I don't even know when to begin... We hired Grace for our wedding as soon as we got engaged, as we wanted support from the beginning. We we both in med school and our schedule was crazy, so we needed someone who was really flexible with us, and Grace was all of that and more. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She took over the communication with vendors, saving us time we would spend on Google, or driving to many venues. All the vendors she recommended were amazing! The wedding day was a dream come true! As someone who has been to tons of weddings, I know a good coordinator when I see one! Our wedding was exactly as we envisioned it- everything was on time, the timeline was followed, and the vendors were on top of everything. Grace really helped us bring our vision to life. Her calm is unbelievable, and she is on top f every details, nothing is missed. We loved her reminders and checklists to keep us on track, especially the week of the wedding; it really helped keep us calm. I don't know what we would have done without you, Grace. I think a new bar has been set for weddings after working with Grace. She truly brought to life the vision that we had for our wedding. She captured every thought of what I wanted and magnified it in the best of ways. This was an incredible night and it has become one of the best decisions we had made for our wedding.
