I’m Tara, owner and lead manager of Engaged Event Management. I am a naturally-curly, red-headed, music loving, list making guru as a well as a wife to an IT ninja and a momma to two vivacious little girls. On top of my years of experience working as an event manager I also hold a BS in business as well as a professional certification in wedding planning and consulting from Temple University. I have close to 10 years of experience in this wild and crazy wedding industry that I love.

I absolutely love what I do and we are total team players come your wedding day! We go above and beyond for our wedding couples and fellow wedding pros too! My passion for bringing people together and my love of the logistics behind what that entails has been present throughout my entire life. I am ecstatic to have found my niche in event management, and I cannot wait to serve you.

Our name says it all! We specialize in event management and are completely engaged to your event! We take the stress out of those final details leading up to your wedding day allowing you to kick back and enjoy the last bit of planning and then feel completely relaxed and at ease on the big day! From rehearsal assistance to set up and breakdown and everything in between that happens on your wedding day - we got you!

With micro weddings becoming all the rage and honestly we hope they stay as we just adore them! But just because the wedding guest count isn't in the triple digits doesn't mean there isn't still a boat load of planning and logistics to think about! We are absolutely here help make sure everything is executed exactly the way you have been dreaming!

    Working with Tara's team for our wedding was really great. We are from out of state and really wanted someone who could help us plan our Philadelphia wedding from afar. Tara was wonderful in handling our vendors and making sure everything went smoothly leading up to our big day. Even with rain changing our plans for our wedding we still had a fantastic day with no big issues coming up (that we were made aware of). Tara's assistants were so generous with their time and assisting us for random things during our getting ready process and photoshoots. Would definitely recommend working with Tara and her team to make your event go smoothly. Our wedding party and officiant also really appreciated the guidance from Tara on our wedding day.
