Full planning starts at $6000 | Our coaching service may be perfect for you if you have the confident to DIY but want a pro in your corner to help you plan with precision . | Our Julia (Day of Coordination) package is our small but mighty package. With this package our team of 3 swoops in 60 days prior to your event and takes over logistic filling in the gaps and executing all of your hard work. All you have to do is make some memories! Includes: pre-wedding consultations, floor/seating design and planning services, vendor coordination, timeline creation, and day-of coordination with additional on-site assistance. |

In Good Times and In Bad
Ariel and her team assisted my family in planning a repass for my dad. It was truly effortless for our part. ES was able to locate a last minute venue and caterer for us on a tight budget. The venue was convenient and located in a safe environment. The caterer provided a high quality menu. We thank Ariel again and urge you to reach out to her for any variety of event planning needed.

Ariel is a such an amazing wedding planner I've worked with her several times,she is such a great person to work with. she is guaranteed to make sure you have a beautiful wedding. from her big heart to her professionalism you won't be disappointed. Effortless Sentiments ....My daughter's graduation party was just that Effortless!! Ariel and her amazing team did a fantastic job! One of my guest stated this was better than some weddings he's attended. The decor was next level and Ariel was so accommodating.
