We are from Michigan but meet in the Smoky Mtns and wantee to have our wedding there. We booked a cabin with clubhouse in gatlinburg but i am an all over the place bride lol and since i didnt know the first thimg about planning a wedding i needed to find help! Alex and bold & belle was recommended by the owner of the cabin so we book them. We had an initial call and a place to communicate online. Ariel and Alex were the ones we communicated with the most and sometimes some other members. When we came into town we met with Alex to go over our decor in person and she even created our bridal flowers. The bridal bouquet shevdid for us was absolutely GORGEOUS!!! Ill take a pic and try to post it. Cece was our point of contact day of and Nicolle. Minister arrived late which caused delsys but Cece had the DJ entertain everyone. There was one song missed by the DJ but this was quickly resolved. We ended things a little earlier but overall we were happy with everything.

Okay let start off by saying we decided to have our wedding early this year in the mountains as my husband is in the military and his schedule would be changing a lot this year. Yes it was very cold but we loved it! The venue had an awesome view of the mountains and most of our guests stsyed at cabins nerby so very easy. We found this compajy on zola and needed help so we hired them. We had to make changes for our ceremony since we planned to have it outside but decided to move it inside last min because of how cold it was but Cece and Alex made this happen quickly. The caterer showed up a little late but it wasnt too late and the food was great. During one of the dances my dress came apart in the back ans Cece caught it a fixed it!!! I was so thankful for all the little extra details that were done. Cece also helped woth the bar ehen our bartender we hired was a little backed up, Alex was super nice and gave us a little gift at the end of thr night, We couldnt be more happy of our mountain wedding

Seriously NEVER, ever use The Belle Team for your weddings or events! Long review ahead, but I have to tell everything that went wrong while working with them… and it was ALOT! Let me preface by saying I was one of the most laid-back brides ever. I pretty much planned all the decor and details, and then let everyone do their thing from there! It had been a nearly stress-free wedding experience up until they got involved. I’ll start with the few good things they did… Ariel would email to make sure I had hired the appropriate vendors and worked out certain details for the wedding. They offered to book vendors for us and gave us lists of vendors to choose from if we wanted. The month of the wedding I had a couple phone conversations with my lead coordinator, Cece, & she gave suggestions for guest transportation, whether to hire certain people, and a few other things. Now for all the bad things they did… They did not want us communicating with the vendors they booked one on one. If we had any questions for the caterer, we had to ask Ariel or Cece, and then they would ask the vendors. Then we would have to wait until the vendor answered, and then for an email back from the planners. Ariel kept getting details between the caterer confused, so we decided to reach out to the caterer ourselves. Whenever they figured out, they got upset that they we did this. I understand they need to know the details, but them being a middle man for us was not working. Ariel and Cece did not communicate with each other about questions we answered for them, so they asked us the same things repeatedly. Rehearsal dinner: Cece was supposed to be there at 4. We called her several times and got no response until 5:00. She then told us she “wouldn’t be able to come and it wasn’t necessary for her to interrupt our plans that night.” The morning of the wedding, she shows up an hour late (we weren’t judging because of road conditions). Then she tells us she got in a car wreck last night and that’s why she didn’t show for the rehearsal. Which like, that makes sense (and thankfully she was fine!). BUT the big issue is that her excuse for not responding was that “She didn’t want to add to my stress and everything that was going on by telling me she got in a wreck trying to get there. And that’s why she didn’t say anything about it in her message.” Her responding an hour late made me 100 times more stressed! Again, I want to reiterate that I’m glad she was okay and car accidents are super scary! However, she handled the communication extremely unprofessionally, and then made an excuse for the lack of communication when my mom told her we weren’t happy about the rehearsal! During wedding set up, she stood around and my mom was giving her jobs to do. The florist was seriously helping more than she was! Also, she was supposed to move the guest book from in the venue to the reception tent and never did, so hardly anyone signed it. In prior calls she made it sound like there would be multiple people from the coordination team there to help, but it was just her. Thankfully, she was helpful during the reception with food, cake and some trash. She also offered to go deliver something that a vendor had forgotten. However, she left 3 hours before the reception ended to go do so. She said that she was “done for the night”. We paid her for the full day, but she came late and left early! We should honestly get a refund for how little help they provided. Don’t ever hire this company!

Dear Ana, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Our team is dedicated to providing excellent service, and we regret that you were not fully satisfied. Throughout the planning process, we made every effort to assist and communicate with you to ensure a smooth event. However, as your mother chose to handle several aspects independently without involving our team, many important details were not shared with us until the last minute. As professional coordinators, it is essential that we are included in all vendor-related decisions to ensure everything runs seamlessly and to prevent any potential issues. Without full communication and involvement, it becomes challenging to provide the level of service we aim to deliver. Regarding your concerns about Ariel, we have carefully reviewed all communications within your client portfolio and did not find any indications of unfriendliness. Our records show consistent, professional, and timely interactions throughout the planning process. However, we sincerely apologize if there were any misunderstandings or if our communication style did not meet your expectations. We also want to acknowledge Cece's efforts on the day of your event. Despite the challenging weather conditions and the limited involvement we had leading up to the wedding, Cece did her best to follow the details provided and ensure the event proceeded smoothly. Since your mother chose to take on much of the planning and execution independently, our role was limited to filling in where needed, which impacted our ability to take a more proactive approach. Nevertheless, Cece remained dedicated to assisting where possible within the scope of the services provided. In terms of the rehearsal, we understand your frustration and apologize for any inconvenience caused by the necessary schedule adjustments and delays in communication. Due to severe snow and ice conditions beyond our control, we were required to follow state and county safety regulations advising against road travel. The safety of everyone involved was our top priority, which led to rescheduling the rehearsal and some unavoidable delays on the wedding day. Your chosen coordination package included focusing on vendor management, guest assistance, and ensuring your event timeline proceeded smoothly. This package does not include set-up or tear-down overall services, as it is designed primarily for overseeing key aspects of the day. Since you and your mother had managed many details in advance, our role was to step in where needed to ensure everything proceeded according to plan. Additionally, since this was a private cabin wedding rather than a traditional venue setting, we did not require a full team and our coordinator was not required to stay throughout your private celebration with guests. We strive to maintain open and clear communication, and we regret any misunderstandings that may have occurred. Your feedback is important to us, and we will take it into consideration as we continue to enhance our services. Even though we did not meet your standards, we appreciate you allowing us to be apart of your wedding day and will ensure we take your feedback into consideration to provide our future clients with outstanding services to maintain our 5 star rating. Wishing you all the best!!
