Description

Full service planning involves a comprehensive approach to organizing every aspect of a wedding, from start to finish. This includes budget planning, procuring vendors, design, reviewing contracts, coordinating logistics, and overseeing the entire event(s). With full service planning, our couples can relax and enjoy their engagement while a team of experts takes care of all the details to create a beautiful and unforgettable wedding day.

Partial planning allows couples to plan their own wedding with the guidance and support of a professional planner. This includes assistance with vendor recommendations and selection, contract review, design suggestions, and logistical planning. We work with our couples to create a cohesive vision for their day, providing direction throughout the planning process.

Day-of wedding coordination begins 90-days before your wedding day. We tour the venue, manage vendor coordination, create the timeline of events and floor plans, direct the rehearsal, and oversee the entire wedding day from set-up to break down. Our day-of coordinator acts as the point of contact for all parties involved, allowing the couple and their families and friends to relax and enjoy the special day.

    I knew from the moment I had my first meeting with Stephanie that she was going to be biggest help during my wedding planning season. I am someone who is type A, very specific about the details - Stephanie always made me feel so supported in my wishes, and reassured me that all my expectations were possible and in good hands. She went above and beyond what she needed to, anytime I had questions she was so quick to answer, and even to just calm my nerves! On my wedding day, she was so fast to solve issues (that I didn’t even know about until after the day of was over). Stephanie is truly worth every penny, and more. I would hire her again in a second, no matter the cost!
