I'm a visual enthusiast with a degree in Arts Management. My style is mostly photojournalistic, embracing natural and romantic elements. In each wedding, my aim is to craft something different and unique, capturing a set of storytelling moments that reflect the essence of the day. What truly drives me is the moment when my clients receive the picture, and tell me how they love them. Knowing that my work will be forever cherished by others adds a meaningful layer.

My passional to art constantly provides me inspiration when capture and editing the photos. Having the knowledge of both natural and artificial lighting give me confidence when dealing with difficult lighting at various venues. My clients think I am easy-going and artistic.     Villa did our engagement photos for us recently. She was very communicative and responsive to our emails, flexible with location and was willing to reschedule with us because of bad weather. She took BEAUTIFUL photos, delivered them to us very quickly, and her edits were stunning. We were very happy with Villa’s photography, communication, and service and have booked her again for our wedding :)

    Working with Villa was one of the best choices we made as part of wedding planning. During the initial planning, she was responsive, thoughtful, and considerate of our vision. She understands that most people have never planned a wedding before helped us not only plan photos, but reorganize our reception to flow better. My husband and I are very photo shy, enough so that we debated on whether or not to even hire a photographer for the wedding. Villa was so great at directing interesting, natural poses that didn't feel forced or awkward in the moment. We opt-ed not to do an engagement shoot, but if we had to do it all over again, we absolutely would with Villa. During day of, Villa was extremely detailed and organized. She arrived early to the venue to capture photos and understand the space overall. She was very good about taking photos in a way that didn't interrupt the flow of events while navigating a fairly large and irregularly shaped venue. We received a great blend of editorial and photo-journalistic images that really captured the day beautifully. She has a great eye for wide shots, close up details, and artistic framing. Our wedding day started on a sunny day at noon and ended in the evening. Villa shot great photos throughout all the lighting changes during the day including many flash photography and low light shots after the sun had set. We had a great experience sharing our wedding day with Villa and think you would too!
