ValCinema Weddings Photo was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were quick to respond to all of our questions and inquiries, and did an amazing job of putting us at ease throughout the entire process. The quality of their work was truly spectacular - the photos they captured of our special day are breathtaking and we couldn't be happier. On top of that, we felt like we got an incredible value, as their services were very reasonably priced. ValCinema Weddings Photo helped make our wedding day run so smoothly and efficiently, and we are so grateful for the incredible memories they were able to capture for us.

Please understand this company uses contractors for videos/photos, the person who will work with you on your day you will not know their name until right before the wedding. You can do your research, watch all of ValCinema's posted videos, create that relationship, get excited, and you might end up with someone filming whose style does fit yours, you won't see any videos that person shot before to make a decision. Make sure every possible moment that might happen at your wedding is in your timelines. Even if it's moments that happen naturally while you are enjoying the best day of your life, b/c if it's not in your timelines the chances it will be captured are slim. They stick to the timelines, if there is free time they do not expect their contractors to capture anything outside of the timelines. Also, my ceremony videos have 0 angles of my husband's face, I get 0 videos of his expression captured on the video, they had 2 stationed cameras. Thankfully, the photographer moved around and captured pictures of my husband and the family during the ceremony. But I had to pay extra to see the photos of my parents bc they were not in the edited pictured, they were in raw photos only. If I am paying for video I think it's understandable to expect the bare minimum, my husband's reaction during the ceremony. Silly me, that's too much to expect. The cherry on top of this experience is that after sharing my feedback a call was set right away, I went over everything I already mentioned in the email and after 30 minutes their operations manager just kept telling they stick to their TIMELINES and nothing beyond that is expected. They can't really be flexible. It is also very unfortunate to walk away from that call more infuriated than before. Did I feel heard? Nope. I felt "sorry, so sad, too bad, but you are in the wrong to be unhappy with the product, we have been doing this for 8 years and what we do works" Well, what worked for a bride yesterday did not work for this bride. What I hope other brides/grooms take away from my review is that if you expect anything beyond the timelines think twice. Hire someone who will be the person communicating, making plans from the beginning with you to shooting your big day. See that specific person's work before you hire them!
