Hey, Lucy here! I am a Denver native (a unicorn, I know), serving the greater Colorado and South Carolina regions, but I love to travel too. I thrive in sharing experiences with other people that are intentional, inspirational, and empowering. The idea behind Picking Daisies, comes from the idea of picking the beauty and goodness out in everything. My time with brides, couples, and seniors is my way to love, empower, and encourage others and deliver beautiful images that make waves in hearts + souls.

I am here to document your story, wether that be getting soaked from rain in your wedding dress or eloping on the most beautiful mountain top, your story is worth telling. I am an introverted extrovert, I will get you out of your shell to take the most genuine photos that showcase your personalities and the love you have for each other.     Lucy was absolutely fantastic and captured so many amazing moments of our wedding day! She was super personable and genuine and made me, my husband, friends, and family feel so comfortable. The first round of photos we have gotten back so far are STUNNING and I can’t wait to see the rest in a few weeks. I love how she captured so many in-between moments of our day and not just posed photos. Lucy was also very responsive and organized leading up to our wedding day. I would highly recommend her!!

    If you want a genuine person to photograph any of your events, you have found that with Lucy. She takes the time to get to know her clients and what makes their relationship special, and then brings that to life in the photos! Our engagement shoot was so fun, and the product was so authentically us! It felt truly like we were just on a date (with a good hair day) and someone took photos for us. I can’t wait to see what the final product is for our wedding. Look no further for a photographer! We have loved working with her.
