I capture the stuff that makes you stop, take a deep breath, and remember that moment. That thing that happened. Those words he said. Every once in a while, I'll get asked why I do what I do. It's not everyone's dream job to haul around a ludicrous amount of camera gear on most Saturdays….but it's been my dream job for a while. I mean a long while...since the days of film…and I get to spend my days capturing raw emotion and making some crazy awesome photos for people. It's a total thrill.

Weddings are a big deal. I look back at my wedding, which was freaking fantastic, and I still am glad that there was a camera. The photo that I will love the most probably forever is an image my photographer took as she was walking out of the church. My husband was waiting for the limo, and it was cold so I sat right on top of the old church heater. Instantly, my guy removed my shoes and rubbed my feet. He just has a heart of service and while the photo wasn't technically fabulous and no one on earth would have pinned it on Pinterest, it's the image I would never take down off of my wall.

From start to finish, Michele was an incredible partner to us. Her energy and excitement brought so much to the planning process and she always made us feel like we were the center of her universe. Then, when it came to the wedding weekend, she was nonstop. We were so incredibly impressed with her and her team - they were everywhere, capturing everything. We don’t think a single moment was missed, and she went WAY beyond what was asked of her. We even got comments from family and guests about how amazing she was and how we were going to have a miserable time trying to pick what photos to hang around our house. Nothing ever felt forced and she completely matched our energy all weekend long. She was energized yet grounding at the same time, and it was exactly what we needed on a day full of both excitement and nerves. We only have a preview of our gallery so far, but we look at the photos every single day and we know this will not be the last time we work with Michele. We had quite high standards for our photos and would absolutely recommend her a million times over to any couple looking for their photographer.
