Hey, I'm Marisa! I work with couples to help capture their dream wedding day! Most days you can find me drinking coffee in front of my computer editing the day away. If I’m not home in the SF Bay Area, I’m most likely in the Sierras or at a session off the grid. Outdoor adventures light up my soul! I basically live out of a duffle bag. In my free time you can find me drinking wine with friends, maybe on a run, laying around with my dog, near a lake or finding the best tacos.

I love serving others by capturing their love and helping out however I can. One of my favorite things about being a wedding photographer is being able to capture memories for people and share moments that will last a lifetime.

    Marisa was our photographer for both our engagement and wedding, and it was easily the best decision we made. Her pictures are snapshots of precious moments that we hold dear to our hearts. Looking back on all of them years later, we are immediately taken back to the exact points in time captured and the indescribable feelings we felt. Marisa’s professionalism, responsiveness, flexibility, and dedication to her craft made working with her over the course of a year and a half a truly enjoyable experience. More importantly, though, Marisa is an extremely kind and personable individual who made us feel so comfortable within mere minutes of meeting her for our engagement shoot. The time we spent with her felt less like posing for a camera and more like creating memories and experiences with a close friend. We cannot recommend Marisa highly enough to capture the most important events life has to offer.

    I have worked with Marisa on numerous occasions and each one has been an absolute dream. The first time I worked with her, she did our family photos. She truly captured the bliss and intimate appeal of navigating parenthood and the photos are ones I will cherish for a lifetime. I reached out to work with her again for our wedding and once again, she exceeded expectations. She was very communicative through the whole process to make sure she captured the moments I wanted most. Her photography skills have frozen the joy and love my husband and I, as well as all our family, shared on our wedding day into a permanent memory. As we’re welcoming our second baby into our family, I’m proud to say Marisa will be there to capture this next family affair. She has witnessed major milestones in our family and has been the constant source of our photos.     We could not imagine working with any other photographer for our wedding! From our first video meeting to touch base, to our engagement shoot, and ultimately our wedding day, Marisa collaborated with us and other vendors with so much grace and a great sense of humor. She communicates clearly and punctually. We were particularly impressed with how she was able to wrangle our large families and get group photos together with confidence, but also captured the small, intimate moments so perfectly.     Marisa is truly the best! When my husband and I first booked her last year, we were nervous to do our engagement photos, we were and are (lol) not the “photogenic/IG” type couple. But Marisa ran with it and made the whole session comfortable and embraced our quirky-ness! Fast forward to our wedding (2weeks ago) Marisa and her team were a dream! My husband and I didnt feel awkward, they were all so great no matter what scenario and/or event came up! (Insert ants) I’m so happy to have had Marisa be a part of such a special day for my husband and I! There is no one else I would go to for my future life events! Thank you so much Marisa!!
