I am the one behind the camera, the Maggie Ann in Maggie Ann Photography. I specialize in portraits and wedding photography and I am based in Pittsburgh, PA but would absolutely love to shoot anywhere your heart desires! I started my photography business after losing my mom suddenly, it gave me a realization of just how important photos are, and the memories we leave behind. I started this business to make images you are proud to share. I cannot wait to bring your vision to life!

My philosophy is simple. I believe that love is for everyone, and everyone has the right to beautiful photographs that they are proud to share. I strive to make my couples feel like they have known me forever, and leave every moment spent together saying, "that was so much fun!" I am dedicated to providing this opportunity to everyone regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, disability, or gender identity. I am committed to continued learning and growth to better serve anyone and everyone I have the honor of working with.

On the day of, she was so easy to work with, listening to our preferences while also guiding us to capture the most beautiful and meaningful moments. The photos she delivered were truly stunning, perfectly capturing the heart and emotion of our special day. We even received first looks before we even got back from our reception!     Maggie was fantastic. She was able to roll with all the chaos of the wedding day with such ease. My husband actually disappeared from his hotel room for his "getting ready" photos and she took the time to do a redo at the wedding venue. She is calm, cool, and collected while dealing with family. We are also so happy with the photos she took. She has such a talent for taking photos of couples and coming up with creative ideas.

    Maggie was such a pleasure to work with throughout the whole wedding process. She was professional, is an an excellent communicator, so friendly and down to earth, and really made us feel comfortable as people who do not necessarily love being in the spotlight. Maggie has a great eye for detail and all of our photos have turned out great. She was also very understanding in regards to our family dynamics and respectful of our cultural traditions, capturing everything we asked for on our special day. She traveled to Cleveland for a small fee and we’re so glad she did!
