Hi, I’m Allison. I like to take photos. Lightbloom Photography is an award-winning fine art & natural light photography company based in Wilmington, North Carolina – but available for hire world wide. I launched my business in 2013 after getting my degree in Fine Art & Film Photography, and working as a professional photographer since I graduated in 2010. I’m a wedding photographer for the wild at heart and the loudly in love. I’m obsessed with laughter and silliness and couples who aren’t afraid to be themselves around each other. I want your personalities to be FELT in the photos.

I am a professional third wheel. A Leo and a Gryffindor. Sarcasm is my love language. I laugh A LOT. Sunsets are my favorite. 35mm film will always be my first love. LGBTQ+ supporter. I was born in Ohio but I was made for the beach. Between weddings, I'm mostly busy exploring the world, catching live shows at Greenfield Lake, and hanging with my very sassy Samoyed named Luna (if you don't know that dog breed please do yourself a favor and google it). Yes I named her after Luna Lovegood. If you get that reference then we'll be the best of friends. Let's go grab some mimosas and talk about your big day!

Description

1 Photographer, 6 hours of wedding coverage. Can add a second photographer for $600. Can add on extra hours, albums, film packages, etc. Also have videography partners to bring you video coverage as well!

    Allison is absoultely incredible! Out of all the vendors we chose for our wedding Allison stood out to us the most! To start she is so easy to work with, she fit right in with out friends and family and feels like a friend to us now! We aren't used to getting pictures taken and through the engagement session and wedding day we were so at ease with her presence, you can tell she is 100% there for you and listens to what you are looking for. We loved her style of photography, she captures the whole vibe and the scenery to capture not just you but the whole energy of the day! She got our pictures back SO quickly as well which was awesome to not have to wait months to see the pictures from your day. Were obsessed with her film pictures as well! We loved that she offered this! She was so flexible with our plan (we live across the country but even still it was so easy to talk to her throughout the process), reliable, and so easy and fun to work with! We will recommend her to all friends and family in the area! Honestly we feel so thankful we found her as she truly made our wedding as she fully captured the most incredible pictures that we now have forever!!

    Stop looking! Hire Allison with Lightbloom now before someone else snatches her up. You won't be disappointed. We loved working with Allison! Everything from scheduling with her to her showing up the day of was a breeze. Once the wedding began, I didn't even realize she was there until we started doing family pictures. Oh and, our pictures are pretty amazing! When my Mama reviewed our picture gallery she said “It’s like reliving your wedding all over again.” That’s truly how Thomas and I feel scrolling through our pictures. We know they will continue bringing us so much joy for many years to come.
