I want to clarify that I was ready and on time at the church to capture the planned photos of you and your bridesmaids. However your late arrival was outside of my control. The time originally set aside for your bridal portraits was used for photographing your husband and his groomsmen instead. I want to clarify that in my original quote, I specified that my editing services cover only technical adjustments, such as basic color correction and contrast. When you requested additional edits, such as adding someone into your photos, I explained that I am not a photo retoucher and that this level of editing falls outside the services I offer. I’ve communicated this on several occasions, and I have documentation confirming that these details were acknowledged in your responses. My goal is always to deliver the best experience and high-quality photos. Thank you for your feedback, and I appreciate the apology you shared with me via email regarding some of the concerns you expressed. I’m a bit unsure about the shift from the positive comments you initially shared to the current review, as it doesn’t seem to reflect the apology or the appreciation you conveyed.
