Hi there! I'm so happy you are here, and I can't wait to learn more about you and your dream wedding! I'm a classic, authentic photographer who is ready to be your number one cheerleader on your wedding day. My photography journey started in photojournalism. I was a staff photographer for two different newspapers and a local magazine before I started photographing weddings. I love to bring my PJ roots into photographing wedding days!

    When deciding what type of photography we wanted for our engagement and wedding, my husband and I were pretty clueless. All I said was that I wanted our pictures to just reflect our love and look like us. Enter Lauren, from Lauren Wood Photography, and all of the dreams we didn't know we had came true. Lauren is a true master at what she does, she makes you feel and look the most beautiful you've ever looked, while still capturing who you are and how you're feeling perfectly. Her pictures are timeless and gorgeously stunning! She really guided us throughout our engagement photoshoot and our wedding day and helped my husband and I not feel like awkward ducks doing poses that felt unnatural or not like ourselves. I couldn't tell you exactly how she does it except that to say she just made us feel so comfortable the entire time and gave us the space to be silly, and just enjoy ourselves. We couldn't recommend Lauren highly enough and I absolutely know we will be working with her for more family milestones in the future!

    I had the best experience with Lauren! She knows what she’s doing. She is quick and super efficient on wedding day! I had a vision for a picture I wanted for our wedding day and she made it come to life, it’s so perfect!!! Bonus, Lauren is also super sweet and fun. I would recommend her to all brides!

    Do you want an amazing experience? Hiring Lauren was the absolute best decision we could have made. We were hooked from the moment we met her and she made us feel so comfortable for our engagement pictures and that was the perfect segue for the wedding day.
