I'm Kaitlin Noel—a wife to Michael, mother to Nicholas and Ryan, and dog mom to our French Bulldog, Ellie. I’m a passionate photographer, traveler, and incurable romantic. When I’m not shooting weddings around the globe, you’ll find me in Cape May, shopping at my favorite local spots with a coffee in hand or walking on the beach. Family is everything to me and my clients are an extension of that. I could eat tacos daily, adore martinis, and decorate my home with a coastal chic inspiration. As an international photographer, I have the pleasure of traveling and experiencing new coastal towns and culters which brings me so much joy!

What sets me apart as a wedding photographer is my genuine connection with each couple, my passion for storytelling, and my love for capturing both the big moments and the little details. I bring a blend of creativity, energy, and warmth to every wedding, making sure the day feels personal, relaxed, and beautifully documented. My love for travel and diverse cultures enriches my approach, allowing me to capture weddings uniquely and meaningfully. I’m not just there to take photos—I’m there to preserve memories, emotions, and the magic of each couple's journey. Kaitlin Noel & Co were the absolute best photography team for our wedding. From the moment I reached out to Kaitlin, she made me feel so comfortable. She wanted to know about my husband & I, how we met, our vibe, what we pictured for our wedding, she sparred no details! Kaitlin was not only a vendor, but became a friend. This is truly a testament to her and her team’s hard work. Our engagement photos and wedding photos are absolutely STUNNING! She went over our wedding timeline well in advance to know what to expect, which as a bride, was a huge relief on the big day. She took note of any special photo requests. Kaitlin and Chris captured every moment perfectly. I cannot recommend them more! Their professionalism, adaptability and timeliness (we got our photos back SO quickly) are top notch!

Kaitlin Noel & Co. were the perfect photographers for our wedding day. From the moment we first spoke, their communication was efficient, kind, and incredibly patient as we planned all the details. On the day of, they had an excellent eye for capturing all the special moments, and their top-of-the-line photography skills made me feel absolutely beautiful in every shot. I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.

Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening for an additional charge. Furthermore, you will receive all of your images both in color and black and white copies. All editing is in house and never outsourced to ensure the integrity of each image. All are high resolution and watermark free so that you may download and print on your own!

You can expect about 150-200 images per hour of photographing. But please keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your desired shot list, wedding timeline (8-12 hours, first looks, travel time, etc ) ceremony length, number of guests, bridal party/family size, venue type, and other factors.

No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible. However, I have a list of amazing video and cinematographers that I work well with and high recommend. They are professional, efficient and kind. Each has their own style and personality so I am sure one will be the right fit for you. If you have your own videographer, I will be sure to reach out to get to know them ahead of time so we can ensure a seamless flow to the documentation of your day.

My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding. And if you read the reviews, even that is an over-estimate. Ideally, engagement photos are turned around within 5-7 business days and weddings 14-21 business days!

ALWAYS! Unless this is an elopement of 30 or under, there will always be a second shooter with me. Most times, the second shooter fee is built into the collection fee. They are only an add-on fee for associate shooters in our company.

Typically, couples book me about 10-18 months (if destination) before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.

In my 14 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never canceled a booking or missed an event. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted associates. I will never leave you without coverage on your big day!
