I am Jose M. García, a professional photographer based in Dubuque, Iowa. To take photos it's my passion, that is why I will do all my best to capture your most precious moments in life and make them pictures with words so everytime you look at your photos, you can travel back in time to that moment. Based out of Dubuque, Iowa, and originally from Granada, Spain, my journey to the United States began about 9 years ago when I was hired to teach Spanish at a local school. My love for photography started out as a hobby but has now turned into a passion.

I love capturing any and all types of photography but my specialties include; wedding photography, family portraits and senior/fashion photography. I’ve been fortunate enough to have some of my work featured in magazines, websites and social media platforms. Some of my accomplishments include; being chosen 13 times as editor’s favorite in National Geographic, 15 publications on (personal information protected by Zola), 2 covers for Fine Art Photography, featured on Flickr Explore, cover page of Masterclass Photography Magazine, 4 publications for Gallery of Refined Art.
