    This photographer's professionalism, timeliness and communication was appalling and has left us feeling awful after almost 1 year since our wedding. Every time we look at the photos we were given we are reminded of the horrible experience that Hannah provided us with. DO NOT hire this photographer for ANY services as you will be left spending more time in guiding her on what to do instead of feeling confident with the contract you signed and expected. Please read the other reviews below as we had the exact same experience where she was extremely late (months) on providing our photos, made up excuses for being late/missing meetings and deadlines, not following our written instructions on photo lists we spent time to create, YELLING AT MY GROOMSMEN during the photoshoot, talking with our guests while she was supposed to be inside taking photos at our reception, sneaking out of our rehearsal dinner early, screening our calls and texts for days and providing numerous excuses for delays regarding her children, her car and other weddings she was handling. She failed to provide a number of specific photos that were taken and we were expecting, she included ANOTHER COUPLE’S WEDDING photos in our album and most of the photos that were delivered were duplicates (sometimes 5-6 duplicates of the same image). She also spent NO TIME ORGANIZING the photos, she just mass edited them and dumped them into an online portal (only, no physical drive) and left us with organizing all of them. She created a horrible experience and didn’t consider my wife and I while we were planning the most important day of our lives. I would never recommend this individual’s service to my worst enemy and after almost 1 year we are still hurt by the way Hannah conducted herself during our engagement with her. MOVE ON TO ANOTHER SERVICE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

    We signed a cancellation contract with HLM Weddings in July of 2024. We were told that we would receive the full requested refund in 90 days. After 90 days, and well after our wedding date, we have still yet to receive the full amount. We are filing legal action and encourage all future couples to stay away.
