We are Amanda and Zac Haigh. We got married too! We are your typical Coloradoans that enjoy a good craft beer, and a long hike. We are Colorado wedding and elopement photographers and filmmakers. We want to go beyond that though-- we want to get to know you and your story. It deserves to be told authentically and beautifully. We are Forest Picture Company, and we are all about serving and creating beautiful images of our unique and adventurous couples in Colorado and anywhere you are! Let me start off my saying that Amanda and Zac are the BEST and then we can dive into more of about why. Initially we picked Amanda and Zac because their aesthetic was what we were looking for. As we got to know them something we came to really appreciate is that they're both very intentional in their approach. Amanda and Zac got a good sense of what we were looking for from our initial meeting and also from working together with them for our engagement photos. It always felt like a collaborative effort when we got together to capture the moment as it was in that time. They never made us do anything that was "just for the gram" but rather allowed us to be ourselves and let that shine through in the pictures and videos that they took. On the day of Amanda and Zac showed up when they said they would and absolutely great. At times we honestly didn't know they were there and they really captured some awesome moments. Something I really appreciated was that they helped make sure we ate something and even helped grab a plate for us when we'd forgotten and were just trying to mingle with all of our guests. All to say in summary with Amanda and Zac you'll get folks who are intentional, kind, thoughtful, and incredibly talented in everything they do.

Wow. Where do I begin? Amanda and Zach made our day so smooth, fun, relaxed, and stunning. I can’t tell you how much my hubby and I love looking back at our day and seem to see new photos each time that we did not see before! Amanda captured more than I thought possible. She went above and beyond for me as a bride. Only a month before the wedding, the person who was supposed to do both my hair and make up ended up being flaky and I had to fire them. I called Amanda the same day and she sent me a long list of names (and consoled me as I was a little shaken after the experience). Luckily I found both hair and make up off of her recommendation, both of whom, were excellent. Zach and Amanda’s constant, consistent, professional, and personal communication made our planning and day of exactly what we dreamed of. Zach’s work on our day of wedding film was stunning and touching. We are extremely happy with our photos and videos, but more than that, to have two friends with us on our day that made the itinerary so easy. They both helped me and my husband to enjoy the day without any extra stress. I love with mix of artistic expression and also more traditional photos in our gallery. We HIGHLY recommend trusting this amazing team with your special day. You will not regret it. Love, Jake and Rileigh.

Hiring ForestPictureCo for our wedding was the easiest and best decision we could have made! Amanda and Zach are positive and compassionate souls, who really care about the people they work with. Amanda and I actually grew up swimming together… And after experiencing the gift that was having her as our wedding day photographer, I can confidently say that - some 17 years later - she’s the same hard working, talented, caring, welcoming, and incredibly kind human I knew as a little middle school kid. What really stood out to us was how Amanda not only captured the big special moments of our wedding day, but also the transitory, the simple, the seemingly mundane - but made them come to life and feel just as special and important as the ‘more obvious ones.’ She was able to bring what we were feeling inside, and relay it to the camera roll. Anticipation, Joy, Elation, Gratitude, Connection, Love - these emotions feel palpable when looking at our wedding photos. Amanda floated around us throughout the day, capturing candid moments and letting things unfold naturally. When there was a posed shot, her direction behind the camera put us at ease, and made the day feel like an absolute ball, full of fun and celebration!(… which is absolutely what a wedding day should feel like, right?!) We are blown away by the quality of our wedding photos, and are supremely grateful for her willingness to embark on such a venture, (12 mile hike!), for our wedding ceremony destination atop the Sandia Mountains. Thank you for everything, ForestPictureCo. 12/10. Elite. Superb. The most, best, greatest, sweetest… All of the superlatives go to this duo!

Forest Picture Co. is, without a doubt, the best choice you could make for a wedding photographer. Neither my husband or I are very comfortable being in pictures but from our very first meeting Amanda made us feel at ease with the whole process and like we were naturals in front of a camera. Her knowledge about weddings helped us feel better about planning the whole thing and she helped make sure everything went by without any problems the day of by helping us get around, coordinating with family and venue staff, and going with the flow when things didn't happen exactly as planned. She’s so fun to work with, an amazing support, and her work is absolutely incredible. Every photo she took turned out amazing, but our favorites were the candid shots. They perfectly capture what an amazing day we had and the love and joy from everyone at our wedding. And we got our full album in record time so we and all of our guests could enjoy them. We can't wait to have an album printed to keep on our coffee table for everyone to admire! If we had to do it all over again Forest Picture Co. is exactly who we would pick to create memories of our day!
