My clients describe me as caring, passionate about my work, and trustworthy. I am honored to feel like an extended member of the family when I'm photographing weddings! When I’m not working with amazing people, you'll find me hiking in the Hudson Valley, brunching with my girlfriends, or planning my next vacation (mostly likely on a beach somewhere). I'm obsessed with warm weather, family gatherings, and sunsets. When it's chilly out, you'll find me with a hot cocoa in hand. If there's music on, it's likely country or throwback 80s jams. ALL people and love stories are welcome here!

I am known for my warm, friendly personality and the ability to put others at ease. My images are timeless and true-to-color, and authentically capture joyful moments. My love of documenting memories and nostalgia ties into why I feel photos are so important. The most important job for me on a wedding day is to support my clients, make them feel comfortable, pump them up, and tell their love story.

    We love Debbie! Debbie has been such a pleasure to work with through our wedding process. Since our first meeting with her, Debbie made us feel super comfortable and at home, feeling more like a family friend more than just our photographer. She has a great knack for getting the best shots and captures authentic feeling in her photos. She was so good at helping us relax in our photos (which was great for me as a notorious camera-shy guy). Debbie will be our first call for any professional photography in the future and we 110% recommend her!

    There are always things you would do differently, but hiring Debbie Gander Photography is certainly not one of them. Debbie made us feel right at home from the moment we met her. She is professional, but also kind and personable. Our engagment shoot was perfect, and set our minds completely at ease for the big day.
