We are a husband and wife team, Ricklin and I, that work side by side to make their clients feel at ease during their big day. We approach each couple with the intention of capturing your wedding day with a mixture of posed and candid, in-the-moment style photography, so that you can vividly recall your special day each time you look at your photography.

We have had numerous couples tell us that by the end of their wedding day, it was like Rick and I were there as family, not just vendors. We love to build relationships with our clients so that when the big day comes, they are comfortable around us. By the couple being comfortable, Rick and I get to photograph their true love and personalities.

    Brittany made capturing our wedding day so much fun. She had great ideas for our portraits that my husband and I would have never thought of while also helping us capture the group/family photos we wanted throughout the day. During our reception, Brittany captured the funnest moments that made for some of our absolute favorite photos from the day. I cannot recommend her enough.

    Brittany photographed my best friend's wedding and that's where I met her. She did my engagement shoot and I knew I wanted to use her for my wedding as well but unfortunately she had her brother's wedding on the same date. However, she coordinated two other awesome photographers to shoot my wedding and she edited the photos. She made everything so easy and stress-free. I had my photos back super quick and she was very responsive if I ever had a question or concern. I would highly recommend Brittany Harmening Photography!!

    Brittany was stellar to work with. She was calm, kind, and collected. She knows what couples want out of their wedding photos! We ended up with phenomenal shots of the wedding and reception as well as couples’ photos. We were hoping for mostly candid/action/natural shots and she delivered. She was also flexible with location- traveled to Princeton for our engagement photos and to Philly for our wedding! Highly recommend.

    Brittany is amazing, she captures exactly what you want, just tell her your vision and she will make it happen. She's also great at calming a bride in need down. The day of my wedding I was overwhelmed with everyone that wanted to be in pictures and she took the hit for me and told people we had run out of time for pictures. She captured every single pose I wanted and she navigated the last minute change of me not wanting every single person in a photo gracefully. Her husband Rick (her second photographer) is just as talented and he took some amazing pictures of the groom and groomsmen and we can't forget Rick is an amazing dancer and I kept asking him for an encore. To be clear they keep it very professional and they ask how much involvement you want them to have but speaking from experience it's great to have vendors enjoy themselves too because it does keep your reception fun and it helps keep people on the dance floor.
